“I have been so pleased with all the quality food and goods at Aldis. The store is clean and produce is good with prices that help the budget. Also they have unique items that I don't find anywhere else, cheese selection is amazing!”
“This place is very convenient. Small store, you should be able to find what you need and it has a good selection of beers and meats. Get here early in the AM to get a chance to get some of the most amazing doughnuts - they are so good!! The only downfall is it's a bit pricey here.”

“This is by far the best grocery store in a 50 mile radius of it's location. The produce is always very nice. There is an extraordinary amount of unique products that simply can't be found anywhere else. Most of all, the meat department is not only gifted, they are careful to offer valuable and good quality meat products for much less than the surrounding stores. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They aren't simply packaging items for sale, they are thinking about your table, your family experience, and they try very hard to do great work.”
“They have a nice selection of makeup and art products, lots of snacks too if you need to quickly pick something up. I like to buy nail polish and lipstick here. Pretty good prices!”
“Good store to stop and grab some munchies or drinks. They do usually have a little rack with hats and shirts. They also have a few pieces of glass products for the ones who like to smoke. And they also carry alcohol. Prices are about the same as the rest in town.”

“This store is small and somewhat expensive but it is convenient and the workers are always kind. It's one of those places that makes you feel the comfort of small town living. They do not accept food stamps, they do not sell liquor either but they have beer and they have a pretty good selection of non alcoholic drinks as well.”
“Decent prices on what they have. Would love to see some craft supplies besides the cheap ones they have.edited: they have been open for a few years now, have a different manager. The employees come and go but they have all been pretty friendly and seem to be able to do their job. I will say the Byron Dollar General is the cleanest one in our area . Employees don't just sit around. They are always busy either at the check out or stocking and straightening the shelves.”

“Big thank you to all staff at Kroger in Owosso, but especially to Larry who helped me find a German chocolate cake mix, which was hiding way behind other mixes and it's for my husband's Birthday on the 7th! Also to cashier Linda who was great and made checking out wonderful. Not only did I find everything on my list, but most of it was on sale! Thank you to Steven for bagging them, he has a great personality. And above that, I lost my card and was able to still get the sales with my phone! Great shopping day, thanks again!�”

“This store always gets better in the winter when other employees come from other stores to help with the holidays. And to be honest, idk if the newer employees were just extra help for that reason or if they are permanent employees, but hopefully, the latter because this location got better with the new additions. Recently, I was here to deposit cash to cash app, and the self checkout was open, but I needed an employee for this transaction, so I went to a cash register with a person. There was no one in line, but an older lady got behind me and started putting all of her stuff on the counter out of her cart. This doesn't bother me with anyone, especially at Dollar General, because it's normal and not a big deal. But then she incessantly complained about my transaction taking too long. And she got progressively more and more angry. The dude behind the counter couldn't ignore it any longer, as I doubt anyone could have. But he handled it perfectly, and not in a rude way, and there just was no talking sense to this lady. In the middle of him apologizing to her, when truthfully, this guy deserved the apology, she stormed out red-faced and full of crazy anger. I will never understand how something like that could make someone so angry. This event just stuck out in my mind so I felt like it was relevant to a review. Any store with employees with integrity makes that store better among stores. And as dollar generals go, this location is clean.”

“Stock in the store was better than average in my area. Zachary, a young man who helped me in the self checkout, really went above and beyond. I didn't realize I had items requiring a clip coupon. Unpromoted, he came over and patiently and kindly helped fix my order. I'm disabled and struggled shopping. I can't truly express how grateful I am.”

“Vgs pharmacy on Leroy has always been my favorite pharmacy. The staff is always friendly, helpful, informative and they seen to genuinely care about their customers. I've gone to other big store pharmacies in the area and have never been treated as well as I am treated at the Leroy st Vgs pharmacy. Thanks ladies, keep up the good work.”
