I became ill while at our cottage in Baldwin and walked in to the clinic. The receptionist was welcoming and professional and was able to get me in to see the PA immediately. The PA's assistant and the PA were welcoming and professional as well. The PA made her diagnosis and prescribed meds, which I was able to pick up at the on-site pharmacy. They provided amazing service, especially since I am not a patient of their practice. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff and am so happy with the care I received.

Can't believe they won't put in stitches. Cut myself and ended up needing only 4 stitches.

This dental clinic will change your appt without telling you & then claim you didn't show up for said appt, & lie about it. This happened to both my husband & I. This place is very unprofessional & I highly recommend finding a real dental office that cares & respects their patients.

Went there to get a referral to get my teeth pulled through a surgeon and the dentist was extremely rude and interrupted e eryrhing I said and also said I was wrong about the things I'm allergic to which doesn't make sense then I get out of there, they didn't even send my x rays over or any of my info also sent me out without any antibiotics or ibuprofen so here iam suffering and hopefully I don't die from going septic cause this is scary and this place doesn't care

They say they're open on the weekends. I even made an appointment for a Saturday. But theyre closed. Idk what sense that makes but it was important to get ahold of them today.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews. Especially when it comes to businesses in our small community but my experience with this facility was so incredibly terrible that I feel it's important for others to be aware. The most upsetting part is that the problem was rooted all the way to a supervisor and then to a director who both agreed that everything was handled wrong and they did internal training to remedy the situation, however they were unwilling to do anything about the invoice I was left to pay for services that were not received.

It's nice to have a doctor close to my home the only problem is this office is so busy it's very hard to get an appointment and you have to be really thorough with what you're saying to the doctor and make sure you're following up on it January Thirty-One 2022 thanks again to Dr Weeks for doing such a great job with my health I am happy with this office

Took my 3 year old to the dentist because he broke his tooth. They are so loving and caring. They pulled it solo, without us in the room and he came out smiling. I would highly recommend this office!!!! He is currently playing with the slime they gave him, no tears for him or his anxious mother

My doctor prescribed new medicine for me. She told me to check my blood pressure once a week to see if it needed to be changed. I went to Family Health Care for a check. I was told they could not do it. Why??????? If they can't do it there should be a machine available. Such a basic test but not available inBaldwin. One should not have to drive 40 miles to do this. I finally got EMS to do it. They were very helpful but they are not always available. Disappointed in Family Health Care. If they can't do the basics, one wonders what they can do.
