I go in here once a week at least. The girl that usually helps me is amazing she is so nice and always tries to get me the best deals every time I come in. I don't know her name but she has long straight blondish hair . I will have to ask her name the next time I see her. I dont know what the salary is there but that girl deserves a raise.

I am in this establishment at least once a week and it is always super clean and organized. The staff is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always helps the customer gets the best deals available. Nothing but positives from this regular:)

Great store in Bad Axe. Always clean and organized. Emily is always professional..kind and courteous. Even when she's busy..shes still cool..calm and collected. Always a great pleasure to see and talk to her..she's very knowledgeable about the products. She's a great help in the executive cigar room. Because of her..I enjoy trying different types of cigars. I'm a regular user of CBD oil for pain. However I ran out of my CBD oil and came into the store. Ms. Brittney was extremely HELPFUL in explaining other CBD options to me. What a great product representative she was for the different types and brands. If you're having pain issues and you want to talk to someone who knows about CBD, Brittney is the lady!

I stop by every two-ish weeks to grab pods for my vape and Emily is always a sweetheart. She's always so friendly, when I go in, and I do appreciate how helpful, chatty, and approachable she always is.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars this is the best tobacco shop🔥 always super friendly And very helpful great atmosphere great uplifting music Brittnee always has good recommendations and helps me to find what I'm looking for I leave satisfied 💯 everytime and to too it off she even knows my number by heart not sure if that's a good or bad thing lol 😂
