Went in to get stuff for my 15+ y/o dog's liver. While there was no liver meds OTC due to legal and safety reasons, the lady working there was super nice, and super helpful, and helped me to find something to help my dog get his strength back. She also gave me additional care advice as well!

0 stars. Their employee Hope should absolutely not be working there. I went there today to inquire about expired dog food she sold me and she proceeded to call me names and be little me in the store. I will never returne business there ever again. The dog food was over a year expired so clearly they don't check their stock before putting it out to sell to customers. If they can't be bother to check simple dates they obviously don't care about your pets.

The Staff is friendly and its the only place in the area that carries all the different varieties of Hills prescription foods alomg with a wide variety of bones, treats etc which can be purchased on singles. Also toys, clothes, collars, leashes, bowls, meds etc. Everything ur pet could need including Organic cookies etc, and easy retirns/exchangers. They are in the same building as the Vet Should you have any questions or need something after the Store closes the vet side can help. The only down side of this store is that its a bit on the Pricey side which prevents me from giving 5 stars!

I have been calling the groomer Chris for the last four days Friday May 8 then again on Monday May 11, then again on Tuesday May 12 and on Wednesday May 13 to try to work with her on the BAD Grooming she did on my puppy on April 16,2015. All she does is keep me on hold for 12 minutes and then when I ask her how she will correct it, she hangs up on me!!! Shame on you Chris, maybe PETA should be called, after torturing him for a hour and one half and only clipping his nails and around his face that all she did !!!! No bath or cut around his personal places!!! Now everyday I have to clean up his back side almost cutting off one his family jewels and the second time almost cutting into his leg, Thank Goodness I didn't, he would have died from lost of blood by the time I would get him to the Vet. Shame on you Chris, you will never touch my dog again and hope enough people will do the same after researching your so called work!!! Shame on you, there is a special place in Hell for people like you. Shame, shame, shame on me for giving you 4 more chances.
