I love this place so much. Customer service is always great. They have the best deals on vapes. This place has improved so much since it has been under new management. Every employee I see there is always so nice to me. Would definitely recommend!!!

I loveed working at this place and then I got to work today and they fired me I've made this company so much money I've worked almost every day after work for free and then they don't give me a reason for letting me go I make $11 dollars an hour and then free to the managers a liar told me that when they hire new a new manager then they fire everybody all I really hope that all the customers that I have when I work Monday through Friday no longer shop here anymore go to wild bills they give you better deals please support me loyalty is a big deal in my book Brooke is a lier and I hope I can get to move on to bigger and better things now I guessI'm really going to miss my customers I bet you guys are going to lose a lot of money

Unfortunately they are always out of flavors,the day they have so called specials. It's always the same reasons of how its a shipment issue. So in the last 2 months you can't get orders and shipments figured out? Then you ask well if, they will do the sale price on the day shipment comes in, then it's oh we can't do that the higher ups won't allow it. That is a very poor excuse and business practice.

I will never go here again. Each time I come to this place the employees are very rude went to go back in and the door was locked during business hours. Anytime I come in and ask a question I get an attitude.

the first time i went into sweet fire tobacco sabrina waited on me such a great person excellent service and she is the only reason i keep going back the old manager is terrible not a nice person and the new manager her husband is a complete jerk horrible customer service if sabrina ever leaves i will no longer be a customer and i make sure she is working when i go there and the five stars are because of her

Very friendly staff, large selection of everything and prices are low. I like the Cheyenne flavored cigars and other stores in town only carry 1 or 2 flavors. Sweet Fire carries every single flavor!! When I can't decide on flavors, I just get 1 of each since they are so cheap! I am so glad my friend had me come in and check it out. Now I'm a weekly regular
