Sandusky, MI location could lose the 50ish year old employee and gain a lot more business. He makes sarcastic, arrogant, snide comments every time I'm there. I just want to pay for my items and leave. He's paid to run the register not his mouth. I'll never be back after yesterdsy. Thank you

Self Serve has expanded it's store footprint and it's a great improvement! Much more product, more space to navigate the store--I'm loving it! The folks that work there are always friendly and willing to help, and last time I was in there, they were even training their employees on new countertop items/techniques---they really do try to train their employees properly. Oh yes, and huge bonus for the area is that they're actually open on Sundays (everywhere else closes on Sundays)!! Thanks for improving and for keeping us DIY folks going on the weekends!
