I wish I could still say something nice about this business because I enjoyed my time there, but its unfortunately the opposite. There are people there that come across one way, but are completely different people. The level of disrespect present there among everyone there is not cool at all. I was let go from there because something kept happening over and over, but I was not the only one that had access to what my job was. It was all put on me, but it in turn was actually not my fault but the service department's fault. I was also let go in front of a customer that I was helping at the time, which is NOT okay AT ALL.

Becky in Service was very polite and helpful. Mechanics were quick while I waited. They found the root cause of my rear suspension problems that no one else could sort out.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ordus Ford and received excellent service before and after the purchase. Dealing with Joe, Mark and Brad they answered all my questions and was completely knowledgeable on everything. The service department does a fantastic job and always provide a very free loaner vehicle if I need one. They sure care about their customers!
