I'm torn. I waited a long time before posting this. I love my hair gal. she listens and does a great job. I finally got a mani and deluxe pedi, but the worst I've ever received. I even said please trim my cuticles which never happened. Totally dry mani. No fingernail soak, no cuticle removal after softening. She went right for my natural nails with a file and now I have significant damage all the way from tips to cuticle. Then the $55 pedi. No massage. Water was Luke warm. Cuticles were pushed back but not fully removed in spite of me saying "you're going to need to trim them" a few times. Nice gal, bad experience. My finger nails started splitting just a couple of days after. It's going to take 6 months to grow out all the damage.

Marissa does my hair and I always leave feeling brand new! She makes me feel beautiful and does a great job!! I love that all the girls are so welcoming and kind as well!!

Absolutely love this salon. I’ve been seeing Marissa for hand tied extensions for over a year and she never disappoints! I’ve also recently started seeing Lacey for nails, great prices and a much better result than going to the city! LOVE.

The salon is super clean, great customer service and reasonable pricing. Kaylee is amazing. We've seen her for nails, color and lash extensions. Always pleased with the outcome.

I am heartbroken. It took 5+ years for me to have long curly hair. Unfortunately, Erica was not honest with me about her ability to cut my curl pattern. Now I’m left with stringy, undefined curls. In order to restore my curl pattern, I must cut more length. She did offer to cut it again, which I declined. One thing she did not offer was an apology. I trusted her with my hair, as a result, I have years of recovery ahead of me.
