I was impressed with how helpful they are at the Bad Axe NAPA store. They helped me find the correct parts for my car and even installed my new windshield wipers for me!

As a past employee of a Napa store I will never buy anything form the Bad Axe Napa ever again the lady at Napa named Carol is a thef went to turn in a lifetime brake pads she refused to warrant them then refused to give them back so I could take them to another store & yes I had the invoice so I called the Detroit d.c. & talked to a Napa rep. They will still take care of them but I will be telling people to not buy from them . How & why she is still employed there is anyone's guess Remember I'm a past Napa Employee
