I have ordered clothing and graphics from Minted, LLC over the past five years with good experiences and service. These experiences started with a phone call, and then I'd follow up with a visit in person. I called their phone number recently during business hours to make an inquiry and received a voicemail greeting explaining they no longer answer their business phone, and there is a message requesting communication through text and email only, or to stop in during business hours. I emailed the owner Amanda and asked about this policy. She explained the policy and said indeed, communication and inquiries need to be done through email or text. While I understand her policy of requiring written orders, simple inquiries and questions can be quickly and more efficiently handled by a telephone call in some instances. I think a business would want to give their customers as many communication options as possible. Taking away voice communication over the phone makes doing business with Minted, LLC more difficult for some customers.

Amanda and team did a great job on the new 3x5 ft signs I ordered for our business. She also did large wall sticker that turned out great! Highly recommend.

They are flexible on how to best meet your needs, creative on designs for logos or sports apparel and very welcoming making sure you are recognized and helped from start to finished. Placed a large order for T-shirts on a Wednesday she called Monday saying they were done. I told her to have fun with the color combinations and she did not disappoint. They do a fantastic job and her staff was very helpful. Will definitely use again in the near future.

We are all the same employees though making the same great custom apparel, signs, and vehicle graphics. Thank you for your continued support!My mom makes the best personalized 'everything you can think of'! I'm a bit biased, but she will literally do everything she can to fulfill your request for custom car graphics, personalized gifts, school spirit clothing, corporate clothing, business window graphics, personalized home decor, EVERYTHING. The limit is your imagination at Janet's Graphics!
