Had my Mother’s diamond and a diamond I had made into a ring by Michael. Totally satisfied with the whole experience. Best to make an appointment to make sure he’s there and then you get his full attention! A+ customer service!

You offered me $5 for a basically $200 piece and gave me more for the actual scrap i sold than it was worth. Total con artist. If you cant make a legitimate offer on a perfectly good, great condition vintage bracelet that actually reflects its value, nobody should give you another dime of their money. Your logic is to screw me, get the solid 14k gold pieces of the bracelet for free when it's actually at least $30 alone for the gold if it were scrap, then turn around and sell the bracelet you attempted to buy as and had me believing was worthless @$5, for well over $100.

My husband and I had Micheal make a wedding band a year ago, it was beautiful to go with a marquee diamond. 1 year later I had him completely remake the ring, the original one was always cutting my husband, so I took it in to Micheal and asked if there was anyway to make it so it wouldn't be so sharp. Let me tell you, Micheal, the man, did not disappoint, if you have anything needed done with making new jewelry or wanting new pieces I highly recommend Micheal Js!! We feel like he is family!!!

Absolutely love this small town jeweler. They’ve helped me discover exactly what I wanted for my bridesmaids necklaces for our upcoming wedding, and ordered them for me with excellent communication as to when they arrived, and could pick them up as well as payment options. My wedding bands and ring were designed here as well, and I fall in love with them all over again each time I look down to see them. The excellent communication between Marissa & Michael there help me to feel at ease and gives me peace of mind that whatever I choose to do, I can trust them to get it done, done right, and in a timely fashion. Professionalism at its finest!

Highly recommend I personally have multiple necklaces!! I wear the same one EVERYDAY if it’s not on me I don’t feel complete very durable and great quality! If you haven’t got yourself something DO IT!

Took my son's watch in to have a pin replaced and size the band. Was told it would run $15.00. Took nearly three weeks for such a simple procedure. When I went to pick it up was charged $25.00. The lady who helped, although very nice, could not even begin to give me a reason as to why such a simple procedure ran $10.00 more then estimated. If not for sentimental reasons to keep the watch, I wouldn't have bothered picking it up. Way over priced and take much too long on such simple repairs. No intention of ever using them again.
