Service was fine until they insisted on coming out and “fixing” our service (we were having no issues). Since they “fixed” our service we have had nothing but problems! They adjusted our antenna and after they left we had absolutely no service and have been using all our data from our phone plans! I had them come back and they realized that the antenna was not tightened down from their adjustment, so apparently he tightened it down. That was five days ago. Still have had terrible service! Just looked at the antenna on our roof and now the back two bolts from the tripod have pulled loose from the roof! So not only is the antenna pointing at the ground, but the bolt holes on my roof are now exposed so rain can get in and I’m sure will cause damage! Since they insisted on coming out at the beginning of June when we told them our service was fine we have had nothing but issues! To make things worse, when we have called about the issues we were met with major attitude from the manager!! I would not waste my money with this internet service!

It works, kind of. Have upgraded packages twice over last few years, still can't touch the promised "25 mbps" download. At best, 10 mbs and thats RARE. hangs out around 4 mbps Customer service is average. Tired of paying for their top package but getting less than their lowest speed. Will be canceling our plan with them as soon as possible.

Just had M3 wireless installed yesterday and I’m very happy with it. It’s much better than what I had before. Everyone that works there have been very polite and helpful with any questions that I had and they had me installed within an hour. Would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Everything from the set up to the service was excellent! Friendly office and on-site staff. By far the best internet we’ve had so far. If you live in an area that can utilize their signal, you should!

Had to call muliptle times to get troubleshooting, it would work for a couple days then would have to do it again. The tech who installed my outdoor receiver didn't even block off where the line plugs into so that no moisture would get in there. Spent over an hour on the phone going back and forth with a front desk lady to a technician then back tome. Very poor customer service, asked for someone to be sent out to my house to look at the issue and they would never send anyone. I now have a nee provider and M3 wants to charge 200 dollars for an early termination fee for internet I couldn't even use in over half my house. Don't waste your time, find a different provider. Also not opened on the weekends, and they say if you need after hours help to contact them on Facebook well not everyone has Facebook including me so that's very very poor on their part.

I just got installation today with M3 !! Very happy with the service of the tech . He was very informative and quick!! And their rates are very reasonable. They have refer a friend program which is awesome so my first month will be free and one of my friends as well!! and also for six months due to a promotion they are running it’s half price !! And a few other promotional fees as well one is a fb review and the other is a survey so that’s another 10 off !! a win win in my book thank u M3

Was fortunate enough to have a spot that got a good signal, internet works great, get the speeds I'm paying for, ping is really good and consistent for wireless internet, works for gaming, streaming, and web browsing, only reason for the 4 stars is prices are a little high for the speeds offered

Worst customer service. 9-5 hours-closed weekends? I work those same hours too but they cannot trouble shoot unless someone is home? What about having some after hours customer service. So I have to continue to pay for ZERO service.

I've never been blamed for my internet not working. I didn't know the war in Ukraine had anything to do with internet speeds. Yall said you would charge me $65 to have someone come out here and check my stuff. You guys are a joke fix my internet! We have a contract! There's only one thing connected a Playstation. I've unplugged everything else

I can’t even with how upset I am. I called about a month ago to set up service well the gentleman just came today, today! Just to say he couldn’t connect because my service might not work good in 2-3 weeks. And to wait for them to get new equipment in amd set up. I ask how long I have to wait since I already waited a month. To which he responded with could be another month idk.

Can’t give a 5 yet because I won’t have their service until tomorrow hopefully but I was very pleased with the woman who assisted me today. I have had nothing but issues with centurylink and I work from home. My original appt was set for next week. I called and explained my situation and how it was interfering with my job and to see if they had anything sooner. I was placed on a brief hold and told they can get a tech out tomorrow! I wasn’t brushed off like I have been in the past with other companies and customer service is everything! Thank you for taking into consideration my needs as I’m not even a customer yet. It makes me excited to hopefully be one soon!

M3 wireless has been a great internet provider for the past two years that I have had them. They have great customer service will get to the root of your problem. I like that they notify you when they are doing service in your area and let you know when you are done.

I love M3 Wireless they do not throttle, they are good at fixing any issues. the customer service is wonderful. and hey they have a referral incentive. call them and tell them Helene sent ya.
