Huntington placed a hold on my trust check I tried to deposit for a week when I didn't meet any hold criteria from their funds availability policy I read at length. Furthermore the check cleared the bank its from in one day but they refuse to release the funds. My initial bank Bank of America released my funds within a day which is normal. I've had the run around from them for the past 3 days on how they cannot release the funds. Currently they are needing me to prove the check was cashed when they themselves said they saw it was cleared on the other banks end. I am a new customer and was going to set up my roots with Huntington because I will be coming into a lot more money from inheritance but I will now have to cancel my financial advisor meeting with them because if they can't deposit a simple check which there will be many more, then they have no business managing hundreds of thousands of dollars, verified, I'll be coming into. The customer service at the branch was awful I asked for a manager respectfully and never got one and the rep kept talking over me and had no care for me. I'd rate 0 stars if I could. You lost my business

Laquetta I’m writing to you not the bank. It’s nothing like grieving and functioning at the same time. Thank you for making sure that my Bestfriend/sister didn’t make a mistake on our transactions today. You also caught your own mistake because this world is not perfect. But it takes a Loving person to admit a mistake. Thank you so much for that. Today I seen that its hard enough to lose a mother but harder when you make a personal mistake. Thank you for your wonderful service! Huntington should be proud to have you.

I've been a member of Huntington bank for 5 years and most are very friendly but this office has some rude staff it's almost worth the drive to Frankenmuth they have very friendly staff there

Terrible. This building has had many different banks go through and Huntington is by far the worst. I’ve had a vehicle loan through the this building when it was chemical bank and has soon as it’s paid off I won’t ever come back. The staff have some how became extremely slow. The system does not send out a bill to me and if it does it’s weeks late. The staff says there’s nothing they can do about it, but yells at me when I have no statement when paying my bill. They are extremely rude. Do not recommend at all.
