Brad Janks is the quintessential informed salesperson. I've had lots of contacts in the car business throughout the years, and Brad is tops. He knows his product, inside out. He is honest. His communications are absolutely excellent. And he could author a book on customer relations. Yes, he is that good. And no, I am not his uncle...just a very satisfied customer.(I would review the dealership more broadly, but my experience with Ordus Ford has been entirely with Brad.)
