Bought both a piece of furniture, great job and friendly. But ordered vinyl flooring. The flooring appears to be good, but had some problems getting them out to address some issues. Took over a year and still not as it should be. Got tired of contacting and am learning to live with the imperfections. Love the looks of the floor, just try to overlook the areas with imperfections. One last thing, since we removed carpet and had replaced with vinyl, it was NOT pointed out that with doorways and trim, all would have large space between. They should have pointed out and maybe suggested an additional subfloor or something to help alleviate the space.

I've shopped around, numerous times for items for my house. Locally at big box stores and to the metro areas. I always end up back at Errer's. Their prices are the same or better for better quality furniture! Their customer service is beyond expectations every time I walk in the store!
