Today I found out why this company has a five star rating. After 35 years of purchasing appliances from one business, I found myself with a newer washing machine that I couldn't get serviced. Two very nice young men delivered my new washer. When they finished installing the washer, they cleaned my dryer vents. Talk about customer service!!

I mistakenly ordered a gas stackable washer/dryer when instead I needed an electric. When the installers learned about my mistake, the store very kindly drove out an electric one to my house and the installers completed the install. I know this was a major inconvenience to the store, however they still accommodated me. The store's staff and installers are incredibly professional and friendly. In the future, I will always buy my appliances from East Huron TV & Appliance.

We were extremely pleased with our repair man Kevin.He was prompt courteous and professional. Our washer runs like it is supposed to now! Because of him we have found a new store to buy our appliances! They're repair service is excellent.

Our older Whirlpool dryer had a terrible noise, like something was seriously wrong with it. I emailed East Huron TV & Appliance and got a response in one hour. ✅In just three hours (same day) I had an experienced and prepared technician who easily replaced the worn parts. ?I am so impressed with this company that I will be buying my future appliances from them. Thank you Jeremy and Kevin for your great service to our family.

10/10 I could not have had a better experience!When our washing machine stopped working, East Huron TV & Appliances was able to come out the very next day to service it. I get nervous answering the door when it is just me at the house. I was instantly put me at ease with Kevin's professionalism and kindness. Our washing machine ended up only needing a part replaced, which saved us 100s of dollars versus buying a new machine. Kevin took the time to explain things thoroughly to me as well as answer all the questions I had, which was many! While Kevin was here, I brought up my worry of a dryer house fire. He then went out of his way to clean out our vents for us, something as a new home owner I've never seen done before or knew needed to be done. All of the vent cleaning was done for no charge. The only cost was the $50 part and labor. Kevin never once made me feel uncomfortable and never once made me feel stupid for not knowing certain things. If you are hesitant which company to go with I highly highly recommend this one!

Recently purchased some kitchen appliances and to say that they did a great job is an understatement. All the way from picking out what we wanted with Kathy, to having the installers treat our home with care and having Jeremy come out to complete the job-we are so glad we choose to support this local business.
