I needed to set up payments and get my name added to my husband's account so I could have access. Debra was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were done quickly with no difficulties.

Kim and Debbie were friendly and completed my request of removing cable TV and downgrading my internet plan very professionally. No one tried to talk me into multiple options which is what I experience when calling the 800 customer service line. Thanks ladies!

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Internet was terrible so we got a new router. Disconnected the old router when they knew we didn’t know the password to our account. Had to use the account to hook up the new router. Tried to recover wifi password. They said we could only get it back through wifi. The wifi was disconnected. On the phone with customer service. Stopped responding before our problem was resolved. Told us they knew a way to fix it. All we had to do was hook up the new router and they would make it work. They didn’t know how to. At this point we have to make a third trip into the service center which is only open week days until 5. Strongly considering changing service providers. This issue began Friday afternoon and is still not resolved by Tuesday night.

I had a good experience at this particular service center, this review does not reflect Comcast as a corporation or service/prices, but the employees at the Bad Axe service center. Debra was helpful and greeted me right away when I came in. All staff that I could see were wearing masks, which I really appreciated. I completed what I needed to do quick and easy

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING POWER OUTAGEI am a Comcast Business subscriber and while I agree that dealing with Comcast can be a challenge, I was very pleased with the efficiency and excellent follow up by the Bad Axe service center. Dean was professional and thorough in handling my case. I am grateful for the excellent care during this recent, extended power outage.

I have a wire down in my back yard. It is the cause of the outage in our area. I am told 2 days to get it taken care it. It is immediately outside my back door. Not very safe. It took me an hour on 2 occassions to talk to a live representative. Do better Xfinity

I wasn't too happy with my Bill, I have Always paid my bill on time, plus I add on extra to my bill. This time I went to your Store in Bad axe, Michigan. My Late Fee was Not taken off my bill, I was charged for "Showtime" which I did not Purchase it. A friend who was watching my Cat's for a week while I was out of town purchased Showtime which I was not informed of it. I Called Xfinity by phone and spoke to one of your agents who Informed Me that they would Take it Off, or Cancel Showtime for me Right Away, Which it Never was Cancelled. The Lady I spoke with at the Store Turned it Off, Finally. But, never Credited Me. Plus, I did not have Cable from 11:30am Saturday June 26th 2021 until Tuesday June 29th 2021 due to a Tornado that hit One of your Tower's in Port Austin, Michigan. I did Not get Any Credit or Any Money Taken OFF My June Bill. My bill is mainly 68.00 dollar's to 75.00 dollar's a Month. June's bill was 86.39, and July's bill 98.36. So, together 184.75 Which is SO WRONG, and Rediculous. I Couldn't Believe how Much I had to Pay When I Don't have ANY PREMIUM CHANNELS!!Discovery Plus is NOT even Offered to Our County, When Everyone Else has it. All My FAVORITE Channels have Gone to Discovery Plus!!!! All I have to Watch are Rerun's, Infomercial's, actually Nothing to Watch After Paying Almost 200.00 Dollar's for 2 Month's.Sincerely,Paula Mullen606 Schock Rd. Apt. 118Harbor Beach, Michigan48441
