Back in April of 2022 I emailed him about adding a vehicle to our current policy since I purchased one. He called me back in probably under 2 hours.A couple days later, I called and left a voicemail requesting to lower coverage on a different vehicle on the policy. He did not call me back that day. I called again the next day, and the day after that, the day after that, and probably every other day the next week. He never answered or called me back.I had to call farmers corporate to get my policy lowered.Maybe he thinks that since car insurance is mandatory, he can get away with ignoring calls that reduce how much money the company is getting, and therefore his commission won’t reduce. This is the game…Based on 2 other reviews here saying he doesn’t answer his phone, I know i’m not the only one.Just call corporate when he doesn’t pick up

Called Nick about 5-6 times before he answered around 4. Then he said he would get back to me about my questions the next day and he never called me. So for the next 3 weeks I called him twice every single day. Never answered my call once and I left many voice mails and never received a call back. 2 years with Farmers and I am not switching. Awful service. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
