Disgusted. They do not care about a pet in pain. If you are a new “patient,” they cannot be bothered to see you. Let him suffer must be their motto. Now I have to cut my vacation short and drive 4 hours home so “his” vet can see him. Such callousness from a “medical/veterinary clinic is totally beyond my comprehension.

Dr Jane and the Bad Axe Animal Clinic have always been a pleasure to deal with, they are very polite, knowledgeable and professional and the CARE is apparent from the Vet and all of her employees.

One of my cats had anxiety issues for years. Most vets treated the symptoms of her anxiety like hot spots etc. This was the only vet that put her on anxiety meds. She is better now! Thank you

I understand that the vaccinations are required but to make us wait until our cat is fully vaccinated to be fixed he will be spraying all over our house and that is what we are trying to avoid. Not a big concern for them but it is to us as I have had this happen and causes major issues and we paying full price we should be treated like we are paying full price.

I had to say goodbye to my old gal and the staff at Bad Axe Animal Clinic was professional and very friendly. My dog and I were given a private room immediately for my comfort as well as my fur baby. We were given as much time as I needed. It's always difficult to say goodbye but the team here made it easier for me. Highly recommended

100% I had a emergency happen and they were on top of it and my baby is safe and sound thanks to them!!!! Always super sweet staff and overall I love them.

If I could give this vet worse than a zero, I would!!! Our dog was put to sleep recently and they FORGOT to take a paw print of her that I was charged an extra $25 for before she was cremated!!! They FORGOT!!! I’m disgusted!

i had to get my dog euthanized due to old age, the staff was beyond professional and kind. they went above and beyond and did everything possible to help. will be going here from now on for all my other animals. thank you guys so much.

They are really good. When are old dog got sick and we had to put her down. They sent a card out to us. It really shows that they care about all of are animals and how they are feeling.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for 30 years. My pets see Dr. Jane most of the time. I’m extremely satisfied with her care. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Receptionist was very rude when I called to ask questions about my puppy. Completely not understanding that we rescued a puppy from poor conditions and needing him checked out however she instead of helping was very judgemental about the situation and completely rude. Sadly won't be returning.
