Chance to change does not help my situation, I am a single female working minimum wage and cannot pay my fines because I always have to look out for a test that costs $14-24. Why doesn’t someone get a grant that pays for the tests so I can take care of my fines?

This place is just another way to help the government to hook it's fangs into you and take your money. While at the same time running themselves as an unprofessional business in my opinion.
