1st time using this business this year. After almost 5 months, irs stated no record of our returns being filed. Phone is constantly ringing busy. Sent a certified letter still no response. Stay clear of this business. I would have given Keith the benefit of the doubt but ironically this has happened to a few other clients from what I'm seeing. Now we will be stuck with penalties and added interest?

He did our taxes, 5 months later and still have not received our refunds. Neither IRS or State of Michigan have any records of our returns being filed. Their phone rings busy whenever you call, does not answer emails. Have now mailed a letter.

This is the first time I got my taxes done with them. I have a situation and I’ve been calling them several several times, and they have never gotten back to me. I even wrote a letter to put in their box and tell them it was urgent and they have never returned my call and this is been about a month.

I have been a customer with Accurate Tax for ~15 years now and have to say that Keith provides me with a great service. He is very good at this craft and has my business until he makes it to retirement! :) His service's are very reasonable and he is very pleasant work with. If you are in need of a good accountant look no further as you have definitely found them!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! They were supposed to do my taxes, I waited several months to get my returns info back, paid the government what I owed for them to tell me they did not receive my taxes!!! A year later, they STILL have not received them! I can not get a response from Accurate Tax!!!!

Terrible customer service experience! DO NOT USE these people - save your time and hassle! They do not answer calls, messages, emails or their door. After 12 weeks of waiting, calling, stopping by the office to find a ‘“Closed - phone consultation or drop box only” sign on their door, our taxes were not done. We were initially told it would be 10 days to completion on 2/20/20. Unprofessional, arrogant and rude owner.
