Strictly speaking, this is a review about their car wash because I’ve never been inside the store. I have been locked in the automatic wash, my moneys been taken with no car wash, and now all the credit card machines don’t work and when I tried to call and let them know I couldn’t get through to them for an entire day. I’ve given this place enough chances.

I’m not sure of the woman’s name she mentioned she’s the manager, but very rude. Every time I’ve ever come in there she’s been poor customer service so they don’t have to worry about me coming in anymore. Not to mention the fact that their gas is more expensive than Freeland and Bay City.

Some employees are rude and the older man makes degrading comments about female coworkers and customers with other customers it's disturbing. I would have given a 5 star but that location should find better customer service types when hiring. The place was clean so A+ there.

Very good service at the Auburn Marathon. April always takes good care of our workers fueling up the work trucks in the morning. There have been a lot of different workers there since we have been fueling up our trucks there (10 years). They finally have some loyal good workers there now. We appreciate their service.

10/6/21 employee working today would not stop carrying on conversation, just needed one simple item and be on my way, she hacked into her hand and then wanted to know if I wanted my change. "No I don't want the change back after she just got done hacking into her hand!! It's always something there, don't have items consistently. Can never just get item and then leave. Done going there.

I prefer not to give a star rating for this gas station, nor will I give them my money anymore. The manager, Shania Barbour, is very unprofessional. Dresses inappropriately & treats customers like they are an inconvenience & co-workers like they are her personal servant. She is always on her phone or flirting with male customers. She acts like no one else matters but her, doesn't seem to help when needed, phone is too important.
