I had brought my vehicle to Fick’s after striking a deer. Jen was extremely welcoming and helpful with the whole process. She always gave me updates on my car as things were being done. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was shocked at how good it looked. It was as if nothing ever happened! Thank you to Jen, her husband, and everyone who was part of the process in repairing my vehicle. There is no one better who I’d recommend!

Wow! I am so happy to have had this family owned business take care of my vehicle's body work. They kept me updated throughout the process and got parts quicker and completed the project quicker than estimated which is truly a bonus. Definitely go to this place for body work. It's hard to find honest, hard working quality providers and hopefully this review takes any of the guesswork on the service they provide. They are GREAT!

If you like bondo and missing parts runs in paint oh let's not forget the long wait for poor work. New business with no certified techs. Kids fresh out of school with no work experience doing your body work. China parts. And cheap low quality clear coat that one car wash trip will leave you all scratched up this is the place for you. Did I say bondo oh yeah that's the go to. Do your self a favor and go to a place that has been around more then a year or 2 or three. Go some where established. You will be disappointed here. They tell you one thing and do another. Let's not mention that their positive reviews are from friends of theirs and them selfs. Place is a joke and over charge big time.Services: Body & Trim

INCREDIBLE!!I Cannot say enough good things about Fick's Autobody and Collision Center! The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency are the benchmark others should be comparing themselves to. They have NOT lost the fine art of the people connection, nor their meticulous attention to detail. I am still stunned that when I went to pick my truck up they were HAND WASHING my truck and floor mats for a bumper repair. If anyone needs body work done this is the spot!!!Service: Body & Trim

Dustin and his business are top Notch! I was frustrated with a local Jeep dealership with all their delays They couldn't even provide an estimate for the damages for over a week out aqnd were 6-7 weeks out to repair it at a MUCH higher price than Fick's. Fick's was suggested to me by a friend as I vented my frustrations with dealership so I made a call. Dustin said to come right over and provided their estimate. It was approved and they got my Jeep in the following week. From my first call to my final pick up, the best customer service in the Tri cities! They provided a nice loaner car, fixed my damages in 4 days. Couldn't be happier with the service and attention. I would highly recommend Fick's Autobody Center to all my friends and colleagues!
