First time I've been in here for about a year and this place went to hell. Nothing is organized and one of the new managers didn't even know what a tack nail was to the point I heard him try to convince this older man to get nail gun nails instead which is totally different. The lady who was standing up front kept refusing to help people by saying oh go look in this section you'll find it to everyone who asked her for a specific thing. She couldn't even give them atleast one aisle number she just told them what section and pushed them off to the guy who doesn't know what tack nails are which is a basic hardware store item that I thought everyone knew what it is. And the plumping section where I went to find leak proofing tape took me 10-15 minutes to find because they were all purposely pushed to the back of a shelf to make room for pipe wrenches and the price label was wrong. This place needs to be closed so everyone gets retrained. As a retail worker myself you need to not just sell items and make the shelf's look right so people can tell what price is what as well as to help them find the item they are looking for but also you need to know the products you are selling so you can better help your customers find things and offer helpful suggestions. I give this store 1 more year before it gets shut down by how poorly it looks and how terrible the staff is. Im just going to Menards from now on. Atleast everything is where it should be there and the staff knows their products

They are a great hardware store great service the people know there stuff. I'm from out of town and I'm a contractor so I see a lot of stores this is a great one

I like the convenience of having a well stocked hardware close. I do not like the attitude and poor customer service I get from the bald guy, he has always had attitude with me and today I finally walked out. Two days ago different staff different experience. Will not be shopping in there if he is there.

Bald headed guy not very helpful man is a tool said they could not warenty craftsman tools when it say right on the product life time warenty of any craftsman had said it’s a small business when the building huge and has low stock when having the rachet for warenty in stock went to Lowe’s gave me the exact same rachet don’t waste your time at that place if your looking for quality and enshrinement on warranty!?

Bald headed guy was eude and not even close to beinf helpful. Ieft and took business elsewhere! Far from the helpful hardware man! I told him what I needed and he pointed. It's over there after looking for it for 10 minutes I finally left.

For a small town hardware store they have a large selection and very helpful staff; save yourself a trip to the big box stores and buy here instead.
