“Gas is always cheaper. Shouldn't make you get behind people let the line move when someone leaves. Next in line. I have been made to move behind people and Are still waiting because the person in front can't work the pump, while people on both sides have come and gone.”

“We became members last year, and we haven't used any wholesale club in the past. The store is clean, employees are universally friendly and helpful, and we've saved a lot of money. I especially want to highlight my recent experiences with the tire department: I got new tires and came back later about an unrelated issue. Tire department staff are prompt and helpful. Justin, in particular, provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond. He was professional and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this Sam's to anyone, and definitely the tire department.”

“Don't listen to other reviews that give Costco tire centers a bad rep. I came in with an appointment to get all four of my tires changed and they were done in exactly 1 hour! They were very quick, nice, and informative on what they did and what the next steps are. If you plan ahead and have an appointment, Costco tire centers is the best place to do anything with your tires!”
“I stopped by Costco today for gas after a pretty bad experience at Discount Tire. As I was leaving Costco, I drove around by the tire service center to see if someone could assess the tire that Discount had just overfilled. The bays were closed but Logan was walking out of the store and I asked him if he could help me. He asked if I had an appointment and said no, and explained the situation. He said yes and told me to drive around to the garages. He quickly and happily helped my tires. I always love everything about Costco and was really grateful for the help today. Everyone should learn from Costco and their standard for hiring employees!”
