They’re closed during the hours it says they’re open. The staff was nice, helpful, and quick when open, they just need to update the hours.

Zero stars. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Tried going 4 separate times this week. They are not open after 4:45pm per the sign on the door. The 2 days I went over my lunch break, they had another sign saying they were closed from 12:30pm-2pm. Absolute joke for anyone who works normal hours. They need to change their hours of operation on Google.
If you are reading this and have anything to do with scheduling, being open after 5pm is way more important than being open at 8am for anyone who works. You’re losing a lot of business but closing early.

They unexpectedly closed early. Went midday the following day, and they were closed again. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star.

The Saturday closing time on Google maps is wrong, but they will not update it even though I submitted a photo showing the actual closing time as 2 pm. I tried to come back during the week and they had a sign up they were closed early due to staffing. I didn't feel like trying to guess when they would be open so I went to the one on Rochester road where I always get friendly and reliable service.

Please hire some more workers if there is a staffing shortage. Plenty of people looking for work in this day and age. Seems to be a common problem for a very long time given prior reviews here.

If you’re going to close at 4:45 every day maybe update your hours? I work 8-5 every day and have been trying to get replacement keys for my mailbox since last week. I was called on Wednesday and told my keys were ready to be picked up. Went after work Wednesday just to find the office closed an hour and 15 minutes early because of “being short staffed” left work early on Thursday and got there around 4:55 just for them to be closed again. Apparently this isn’t a new thing based on previous reviews but now I have to make other plans to leave work on my lunch just so I can pick up my keys since working an extra hour to maintain office hours is just too hard.
