What a great support! Appliances can break, as did our LG Signature washer, just weeks after the end of the manufacturer's warranty. As it says, "Signature," obviously at LG stands for the need to put your signature on an insurance contract, and lucky me, I did with US Appliance. This late afternoon, within only 5 minutes, the technician was scheduled for just three days from now. Thank you, US Appliance, for the nice price and the smart recommendation for the service contract, and thank you, Wendy, for your outstanding help.

Tonya at customer service has been amazingly great. Delivery was difficult. Something has broken inside fridge within the first 10 days but you are sending someone out quickly to fix. Overall satisfied.

Our brand new Frigidaire induction range was faulty. Dealing with Frigidaire was absolutely awful. I did however have a wonderful experience with the assistance I received from Tonya and Wendy at US Appliance. So helpful and obviously care about their customers. Thank you for all of your help getting this issue resolved

Highly recommend US-Appliance - I'm a repeat customer having re-modeled my previous home's kitchen with Appliances from US-A and did not hesitate to go with them again. I have recommended to other friends who also shared this experience.

I would like to commend Wendy and Carla for all their help in our purchase of our new appliances. Wendy kept in contact when we had to return the refrigerator. My error in ordering the wrong size. Carla was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. This is the third set of appliances we have bought thru US Appliance and have recommended you several times. I ordered a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher from them. each of them arrived severely damaged. They have a policy to inspect everything within 24 hours and report any damage. The dishwasher was damaged under the insulation where no inspection would have found it. It is worthless. Furthermore, they want you to keep original packing and pallets until you install and test the appliances. Do you have that much room ? Don't do business with these folks. Find someone reputable to buy your appliances from. Someone who will stand by their sales.

We bought a Frigidaire microwave from US Appliance a little over a year ago. We splurged, it was over $700.00. When the buttons stopped working we reached out to Frigidaire who told us there was nothing they could do (it was 8 days over the 1 year warrantee). We then reached out to US Appliance and talked to Tonya. She didn't think that was fair so she worked with us for days and got her representative to send us the part for FREE! I'll never buy an appliance from anyone else again. Thank you Tonya for your hard work, constantly keeping us in the loop and for restoring our faith! We appreciate you and everything you did for us. Tonya should go on the road and teach customer service skills, she is an asset to the company and demonstrates her love of the customers in each telephone conversation. I feel that Tonya did everything within her power to assist me in the resolution of my concerns, while going to her supervisor was an option for me, I felt that Tonya understood my predicament, and allowing her to work her skills was in my best interest.
