Drove for an hour to get to your store when it opened. Arrived at 10 am. Store was closed. Someone showed up at 10:30 am and stated the store opens at 11am. Had other things to do today than wait for your employee to open the store when they feel like it.

So I placed an order totaling $900 including $35 for next day shipping because I really like the appeal. The ppl who chat with you when you hit the chat section on the site (Victoria D and Jill S)both supervisors (so they say) were very dismissive and rude after I told them have not receive my items after 3days. No email no text nothing . So Victoria tells me the package was lost IN TRANSIT meanwhile Fed Ex said they never received the package from TRUE RELIGION( also indicated on the fedex tracking …So lost????? I returned to the chat then got Jill who was left me In The chat for 15 min without saying anything .It’s not fair to be lied and treated this way to after you send so much of your hard earned money with this company for years….They issues a refund but after spending all that time shopping on line. That jus doesn’t sit well with me. , especially now since none of my sizes are available anymore. There goes my fall wardrobe. Thanks True Religion. You just lost a long time customer. No empathy no apologies nothing just rudeness and disregard.

Staff was on top of it! Soon as I walked in I was greeted than walked through the whole store left very pleased with my new pick ups

The Manager ske he is completely terrible started to cuss at me and tried to not return my pants telling me that I can’t return them without a tag which isn’t in the corporate policy and I’m going to file complaint with true religion right now

Such a horrible employer to work forThe store manger Diana is in denial about her attitude being the reason why she have's no staff . Roel haves an anger management problem and is supposedly consulting with a consular for his continuous outburst of anger against employees in the store . Will pretends to have his head on tight and in actual reality he's a loose screw while also attempting to let his anger out by attempting to get physical with employees . Human Resources refuses to deescalate or solve the problem because firing any of these employees would result in no coverage to keep the store open . The District manager refuses to get his self involved resulting in a hostile work environment for not only myself but employees before and after me this company doesn't stand on its written policy's , and don't value , respect or protect their employees .

I wanted to try on clothes so one of the guys put me in a changing room. Not even 1 minute later the same guy opened the door while I was naked. No apology or anything. I’m super uncomfortable and will never be shopping here again
