Truck: clean, perfectly maintained, full tanks at pickup
Service: kind, quick process, walk-through of the truck functions as well as practicalities of driving and refilling fuel, etc.
Jim and team know their business and do it well.
Return process: easy and quick; after hours key drop-off. (There is an open part of the yard to store your car while using the truck)
Note: as of this review, rental customers must be a company, not personal individual.”
“The storage units are reasonably priced, and the people are good and they have rental trucks available if you need one. The hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. for access 365 days a year. They also have climate controlled storage available should you need it . The only criticism I have about this place is that if you happen to walk inside after hours as I did one night without realizing that should be an issue oh, there is no gate code to enter from inside there is no way for a human being to leave the premises if they do not have a car to trigger the metal sensor to exit. While this happened to be very annoying to me one night, I didn't think it enough to still not give them five stars because they're excellent and every other way.”
