Had a fun time they had mini games but the food was really mid if you vegetarian or vegan the veggie burger was alright the pizza looked good and I still don’t have my bottled water. ):

"I celebrated my birthday at Topgolf yesterday and overall had a good time. However, the check-in process left me feeling a bit frustrated. Upon arriving at 5:30 for my reservation, I approached the young lady at the podium to check in, and I was told to wait for a text when our booth was ready. After waiting for 10 minutes without receiving any notification, I returned to the podium only to be directed to guest services. It was confusing why I wasn't initially directed to them. Despite this hiccup, I enjoyed my time at Topgolf once we got everything sorted out. Improved communication during the check-in process would have enhanced my overall experience."

Me and my son were supposed to meet up with his class for a school function. I required some ada accommodations. The staff was very kind In assisting me. Liz who works with welcoming guests was definitely outstanding and she went above and beyond to make sure my son and I were comfortable so that we could enjoy ourselves and get the full experience. I appreciate that warm customer service! She I needed a specific kind of chair and Liz brought the chair to the third level. She had no idea what her kindness did for me and my son . Our waitress Shelby was also very kind and helpful these ladies deserve special recognition in my opinion. The bathrooms are clean and stocked , The building is clean, friendly staff! Food smelled great, but we didn’t eat anything. If I could give 50 stars for the customer service I received I would. I recommend Top Golf Ann Arbor! I will be returning, great place for family functions and birthday parties.

Bought 4 gift cards last December and received 15 in free play for myself for each of my four individual gift cards.. I drove my family down here nearly 2 hours away from my home for my birthday in February with the understanding that I could use all four of these coupons at once? The waitress only accepted one of the coupons. I feel ripped off on this personally. I knew there was an expiration date for these cards but did not know about these stipulations. You cannot get me back here now for some free play… what you can do is refund me back 45 dollars if you so desire for my dissatisfaction and I will kindly remove this review.

BRENDAN THE SERVER!!!!!! ABSOLUTEL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE. I will NEVER be returning to the bar/restaurant on the main floor due to the rudest server I have ever experienced. Our party of 10 was treated terribly with disrespect and attitude from BRENDAN the server. He told us he could not split the bill due to his laziness. HE NEVER informed us that the bill had to go on one, so we were all a bit thrown off. The manager informed me after the fact that the drinks and food could be split. Brendan told me it was my problem to figure out how much everyone owes. Apparently, there are other customers who have said he's a hot head and have received this same attitude from this Brendan kid. Liz O'Connor, the manager, did NOT handle the situation in a professional manner and completely lost my business. Please get better staff or train them properly. This won't be my only review...Not to mention how bad his actual service was. He started off the night by rudely saying, "I'm going to need to see everybody's ID before we even get started." I ate my entire meal without a glass of water or a napkin. He was aggressively rude when my girlfriend asked for the bill after him telling us he was not able to split it. He never once stated that the bill will all have to be combined on to one and can not be split.

Website was not working for reservation system. Took 30 minutes just for reservation to go through. My card was charged. Then an error came up on my computer screen saying there was an error. No reservation. But card was charged. I called the only phone number they have listed- this is a national customer service line. You cannot talk to a human at a location.They can't help me. "Sorry, the reservation is gone. I guess you'll have to call your credit card company." Wow! No thanks.

Enjoyed team outing at TopGolf. Don't have to be a good golfer, fun for all. Prices were reasonable, service very good (though I wish there was a touch screen for orders and splitting the bill). Only possible complaint is challenges reserving multiple bays without having to pay $200.

Paying for a platinum membership apparently does nothing, even though being told no matter when you will be given a bay at the top of the list. Not only did I not get to the top of the list and just put in normal waiting line, which would have been fine, was told no room at all for the rest of the evening at 6:00 pm. Having an active reservation at 8 pm as well was still told no. Will definitely be rethinking that membership.

My daughter loves all sports & had been wanting to try it out so we did for her 15th birthday. We are not golfers at all & I honestly expected to be bored or get frustrated but we all had a blast. The games make it SO much more then just hitting balls like at a regular driving range. We didn't eat but our waitress was still attentive & very sweet. It was a cold blustery day but the heat made it bearable. We definitely will be back!

UPDATE: They texted us as soon as we left and told us to go to bay 328. The same bay that has been open the whole time we've been here.Arrived at 11:30 am on a Tuesday and was told the wait was about 60 to 90 minutes. We sat down to have lunch. An hour and 15 minutes in I asked I asked how much longer and they told me another hour. I understand Tuesdays are busy but there have been bays that have been empty since we got here. They told me that they are all reserved but we have been here 2 hours and we would have been done golfing by now. The parking lot has been empty since we got here as well. Terrible management. Pics are only of the 3rd floor. The other floors had more available bays the WHOLE time.

Justin was so helpful!! He always makes our experience amazing he is the best!! So sweet and nice and very fast! He knows what he’s doing. Give this man a raise!! Love him! I’ve had justin quite a few times and everytime he is perfect!!

This was our first visit here. Not impressed that we were told to be there 15 minutes early for our 3:45 start. When we finally went to our bays at 3:55 the staff was helpful and accommodating. So after having to put 12 people into the kiosk we didn't T off till after 4:15. I'll give it a whirl one more time to see if we have a better experience.
