Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed a large order for Christmas for my seven-year-old niece who is coming from out of town from the UK placed the order paid for the order already received a text that said my order was ready. I simply needed to show up show my ID and my order would be handed to me, when in fact, happened, was has showed up to get my order after driving a half an hour from my home to the location of the store to be told I had to stand in line for another half an hour while I waited along with people who had to be now, please understand the frustration is the whole point of ordering online and paying it so you don’t have to go through the checkout process I was told by the manager, Kaitlyn, that if I did nothing they would just cancel my order, so I left the store. I am canceling my order and more than disappointed that they have ruined my Christmas with my niece the day before Christmas Eve. Thank you single Jim or children’s place product to anyone.

Employees are incompetent and rude at this location. I put my fiance as a pick up person and his name was right on the package and they wouldn’t release it to him. I had to personally get on the phone and they were trying to tell me they would not release it. I even sent a screenshot to him with the order and that he was a pick up person. Come to find out he was in the system the whole time, it was just employees not doing their jobs correctly. I shouldn’t have to call and tell you I have Covid and cannot come get my package for you to do your job and release my package to a designated pick up person smh.

DJ is ready rude. Our cashier was very nice but the lady on the next register wanted her to rush because they had a line! Then have more staff to help!

This is the most terrible store to do in person shopping, online shopping and in-store pick up. They are selling children clothes and they are not children friendly. The staff is very rude. Never going back there.

Wallah this was my first time at Great Lakes or any mall since long before COVID-19. I waited in line for 40 mins. There was only one cashier working. I was shaken after the cashier tried charging full price on an item that was 30% off, and she tried to charge $59.95 for a single t-shirt that was actually $13.98. She fixed both mistakes without a fuss. I'd go back, I think. But I was shaken!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Staff was so rude, 4 people standing by the register but only one girl checking people out with a line behind us. Then when I went to give her change, she wouldn't accept it. Told us "it will mess the draw up" I work retail and that's not how that works.THEN wouldn't give us 4 cents back because that drawer had no pennys????????? I will never shop here again. I don't know how that girl has a job but I would never hire her.

I was shopping at this location on mini vacation, I had made a large clothing purchase and some of my items did not make it into my bag. When I returned home to Canada. I noticed some items missing I contacted the store I spoke with manager Dawn. Whom was amazing! She completed her due diligence on her end and determine in fact I did not get all my items. DAWN took info on each item and was able locate my missing items and those that she couldn’t she gave me gift card for the value. She kept me informed about everything and was able to mail my missing clothing items to me in Canada. Although this wasn’t the experience I wanted with missing items the follow up and easy solution to fix the problem was what made this 5 stars! Manager Dawn is amazing!

Rude staff. The sign on the sweat pants said 50% off, but the lady at the register said they were only 40% off, I bought them because it was only a 10% difference but when I walked past the sweat pants again I took a picture of the sign and told the lady she should probably fix her sign, she said she would be with me in a minute with an attitude

Low prices for cute clothes and uniforms. However the customer service is meh. The lines in the stores are generally really long. I usually order online and have it shipped to me. I have tried ordering it as a pick up in the store and found out it isn't worth it. The line alone makes having it shipped a better option. I've also ordered it as a pick up when I needed something asap and didn't get the pick up confirmation for a few days. I ended up just going to the store and purchasing the item.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this location is terrible. The employees are extremely lazy and will refuse to help you find anything. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service I received here. Will definitely NOT be returning. I’ll stick to ordering online.

Ordered some items and they never came. It was three weeks before I decided to check on my items; I know during the holidays packages take longer. I called the location and first they told me they were lost in transit. I never got a email or notification about it. Then they tell me, it’s just not in stock, not lost in transit. When I asked to exchange the items that were no longer in stock the manager said no, they would not accommodate. Very unprofessional, I won’t purchase from this location again. I promptly got my refund and I won’t spend a dime with the company anymore.

Don’t even know where to begin! I have shopped here for years and the last few visits have been awful! The staff that works here is rude and unprofessional. 5 employees behind the counter talking about how they hate working there and talking bad about their co workers just disgusting. When going to check out nobody even said hi or looked you in the face. Then had an attitude when I turned down getting a credit card to save $8 and the other girl ringing up another customer bit the poor ladies head off for asking for a gift receipt after the fact. Flat out said with full attitude and eye roll “it would have been easier if you told me before”. I’m sure it’s covids fault some how cause that’s the new answer to everything. Just shop elsewhere is my answer.

We got turned away at 6:55pm because they close at 7pm. Although there was people in there shopping. I told they lady and pointed to the item that I wanted to purchase real quick and she refused. I never heard of a store turning people away before they were fully closed. Such a disappointment!
