I love the target pick up! The staff are always so nice and are a life saver for a mom of toddlers, who's always on the go. And if I ever an issue it's quickly resolved! I genuinely would be lost without this place.

Target has don't a nice job upgrading. They products are presented neatly plus they got a Starbucks in there which is pretty awesome. Target has gotten better and better every year with their products.

If you care about social distancing or a store that enforces people wearing masks, do not go to this location. Half the staff had their masks down over their noses and did not enforce any distancing. I have been to many other stores that have been strict about it including Meijers. I'll be going to Meijers in the future. I am very disappointed in this Target.

They need to get there stuff together the whole store gives me a old creepy vibe whenever I go there. Also whenever you go to checkout your lucky if they even have 3 registers open they need to hire more employees and get there stuff together

Oh Target... my home away from home. I really wish I could give this target more stars. However, I have moved all over the county in the past 5 years, visiting multiple target stores. And I would have to say this one might just be the worst. The cashiers are incredibly slow, merchandise is misplaced, and employees are just rude. Also, here is a picture of a drink cup I saw a week ago and was still there when I came by today. Ahhhh. Can't make this stuff up.

Rude workers. Everything else is ALRIGHT but the workers.... If you don't want a job don't get one! Don't take it out on customers that your job sucks or you hate your job! I can go to meijer, get the same things, and be treated DECENT by the workers.

Way better than the Rochester Hills location. Clean, well organized and real people at the register. The people that think this location is bad need to visit the Rochester Hills store. Difference is night and day

Great target!! However had a poor experience with a slow cashier which lets just say speed was not her strong suit! Pat seems like a sweet lady but she should consider a position change, cashier doesn't really suit her she took about 30 minutes of our time. Despite placing every item with the barcode straight up, she still fumbled with them for 2 minutes an item.

This is not the best Target in the area. It is usually pretty crowded, not stocked well and seems a little disorganized. Around the holidays it's even worse. I have had many mishaps with online orders that were supposed to be ready for pickup in two hours. My order today was just never processed because the store is "really behind." And then my items sold out while they didn't process. What I will say is this store does have some of the most friendly, personable checkout staff. And some others are just unhappy and rude.

Your average Target. Big selection due to it being in a major shopping hub area but the service is slow.

I've never been more motivated to write a review for an every day department store! I've wasted more time in line waiting to be checked out at this target than ever at any other store. I always expect to wait at least 20 minutes. And that's not exaggerating. It's unfortunate too because I love target but it's so hard to justify going when I have a toddler aged son who gets fussy every time I'm in the checkout. It makes my shopping time about double as long as it needs to be. Not impressed by any stretch.

There always seems to be long lines at this location, no matter what time of year or day that you come here. Last night, it looked like they had random workers working the register that don't usually work at that position (judging by his florescent vest he was wearing). The price points here for most items are usually just a dollar or two higher than their competitors.

The staff at this target is incredibly rude. Particularly the Starbucks staff. I have always enjoyed stopping at Starbucks before I shopped- until I moved and this is my closest target! I've interacted with no less than 5 different baristas and they all were awful. Talking to each other instead of acknowledging the customers. Being short with customers. Mocking customers when asked to verify orders. Speaking rudely about about customers in front of other customers. Eating/drinking products in front of customers. Overall the target itself is poorly organized and over shopped. Frequently out of products or not stocked. I am so very sad this is my closest target now. I actively avoid going and do most of my shopping online because I dislike this location that much!

First off, shopping at Target is a guilty pleasure of mine. I like it a little too much. Today, the service I received was the icing on the cake. I went to the Target in Auburn Hills, MI this morning with my moody two year old in the middle of potty training. He is just having a bit of a rough time these past few weeks. When he started to have a tantrum over sitting in the cart, the woman at the front restaurant came over and offered him a free banana. SO NICE! Instead of judging me for my screaming kid, someone stepped up to help. We need more people like that in society. A few times, I told my son what we were looking for in the store and an employee was quick to guide me in the right direction. Thank you for making my shopping trip so much more enjoyable!

Terrible customers service. I will not ever come back here again. Item not in my bag and no desire in helping me replace it.
