No one ever answers their phone. They don't respond to messages either. I've left several and no call back. This is in regards to a bill they owe, so they don't pay their bills either!

I got let go from SYNCREON IN TEMPARANCE MICHIGAN AFTER WORKING THERE 3 months! So I was in the process of getting hired in till HR said that my background check didn’t come back CLEAN but the temp AGENCY that hired me to WORK AT SYNCREON SAIDD MY BACKGROUND CAME BACK GOOD! I WORKED HARD NEVER MISSED A DAY, always STAYED OVER EVERY TO HELP AND THEN THE LET ME GO!! So basically they FIRED ME BECAUSE I OVER WORKED AND PEOPLE THERE DIDNT LIKE THAT DO THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT ME!!! BUT THERE IS ALOT OF ISSUES THERE STARTING WITH MOST OF THE SUPERVISORS

Payroll messed up my banking info . I haven’t had a paycheck in two weeks now! They claim they have to wait for the money to be returned before I can be issued a paper check(even though payroll admitted error on their part.) No money for groceries, bills that were due on that payday , everyday spending needs , or the Uber/Lyft for work. I explained all of this and not even a gift card of some sort was offered until the matter was resolved . I’m just appalled !

Excellent place to work and terrific attitude about and for people. syncreon is growing rapidly and have new programs in place to on-board people with training to help you succeed. The two sectors syncreon concentrates on are automotive and technology - and the logos serviced are impressive.Effort to get hired is always a challenge in a growth company. Larger companies have more than one person from more than one department making decisions. The people here are wonderfully gifted, passionate about service, caring and enthusiastic to be the best logistics company. It is very much a 5 star decision by me to join them.

Was contacted by someone on the Talent Acquisition team, discussion went well, went thoroughly over details of the company, everything sounded good and was scheduled for an screening to see if I would fit the role. After this I was scheduled to have an on-site interview, so far so good, the interview on-site went great and I was scheduled to speak with the regional manager for ANOTHER interview over the phone, this was on a Friday and I was told by the next week on Wednesday they would have their decision. Received no call on Wednesday so I waited til the next day, no call. I reached out to the regional manager and was told that I would receive a call back in an hour -- this did not happen. So I decided to wait a few days and call back, at that point I was told that there is a decision pending with HR -- ok. About a week later I decided to call in again and was informed that I was not fit for the role and they decided to move forward. Not once did they attempt to reach out to me and keep me up-to-date on the process or inform me that they decided to move forward with another candidate. Good luck to anyone who interviews here, I wish the best for you.
