I live across the state and had store credit to use, Michaela was so nice and ordered the boots I wanted + had them shipped to me and even answered a couple questions I had about their return policy. I hope these new boots fit but I would not be upset having to come back to receive help at this store again!

Wonderful experience! Workers went above and beyond to assist me with my return. Absolutely recommend heading to Steve Madden if you’re in need of a cute pair of shoes with exceptional service! The ladies who helped me were Charlotte and Mikayla.
