Well the good was that I got everything I went for. The bad was they only had one register open for cash buyers, the line was 10 people deep, so I seen 3 employees standing at a register talking so I went to ask if they could open another register up and the one that spoke up said one was going home the other was helping with the credit card purchasers (not standing their chatting) and she was the manager and couldn't ring register cause she had to be available if a problem came up and also she didn't have anyone to ring. You know I'd expect this line up at Meijer or Kroger but I'm paying a yearly fee to you to come here so I expect not to have to wait in line for 20 minutes. Maybe when my renewal comes up I'll try Costco!!!

We became members last year, and we haven't used any wholesale club in the past. The store is clean, employees are universally friendly and helpful, and we've saved a lot of money. I especially want to highlight my recent experiences with the tire department: I got new tires and came back later about an unrelated issue. Tire department staff are prompt and helpful. Justin, in particular, provided outstanding customer service, going above and beyond. He was professional and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this Sam's to anyone, and definitely the tire department.

I called again this morning and the phone was answered promptly. I did have to wait a few minutes for curbside, but the gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and apologetic and promised to take care of it as soon as he got off the phone. Thank you for addressing this issue. No one answers the phone - doesn't matter which department you choose, they screwed up my pick up order and there is no one to TALK to. Emails have proven useless as well.

I wish I remembered her name. The optometrist here was the most patient, attentive optometrist I’ve ever been to. I feel like she spent a lot time and effort trying to find the perfect prescription. It was surprising. In a very good way!

I went here a week ago and told Michelle from the optical center that America's best was going to be faxing them my prescription. I get there and she tells me it just came in but they can't honor it because it says "expired" on the sheet.. But below the expired label it said expires: 8/31/2022. It was well before that date and Michelle made up some lie that it is against the law to take any prescription information that says expired on it. I acknowledged the fact it said the expire date is 8/31 and She started to act condescending towards me saying "I'm sorry you had to waste your time coming up here for nothing" almost looking to provoke me to get upset/angry. From what I see in the google reviews it seems like even if i got glasses here, They wouldn't be strong enough to see out of. Michelle was right. Going to this optical center to attempt to purchase glasses/contacts IS a waste of time.

My mom needed a few things from here so we stopped by. They lay out is just like most Sam's. You are accosted when walking in by some person selling something. I wasn't disrespectful, but I quickly shut down his advances. We knew what we needed and nothing more! I mean, this isn't Target, lol! Anywho, it was a little busy in here but nothing too bad. We spent very little time in the self check-out lane and made our way out the store. We only encountered the lady who checked our receipt walking out. She was very funny! It's Sam's...if you've been in one you've been in them all. It's the staff that can make them or break them

The team is great. Very clean and well organized store. Can find some great values, but everything is priced the same or lower than Costco. Don't miss the snack bar, great vales and great tastes.

The only problem I had here is watch the gas receipt. I put regular in and got charged for premium! Other than that I would shop here any day over Costco. Hours are so much better especially in the summer when you want to get your groceries home and put away before it gets hotter in the afternoon. Always treated with respect and when the people selling windows or garage doors, I just say I live in a apartment or pretend I don't understand English. They leave me alone. Have been a member for years and plan on continuing.

I worked late so I decided to go get a rotisserie chicken and when I got home and began to cut it for me and my family it was still raw and clucking I called and the ghetto lady on the phone told me to bring it back tomorrow and get a new one

Dirty, slow, inconsiderate, not helpful, employees just walking around playing grab ass when they only have 1 register open. Now to see if I can get my money back for my membership.

Just ghetto!!! And the workers are rude and sassy. I should've acted a fool right along with those fools!!! Going where they hire more employees and where I'm treated like a customer that's spending her hard earned money. Been with them for over 10yrs and it must be time for me to move on to something better. No wonder they have so many promotions for a memberships.

I came in yesterday and bought a ton of groceries. I didn't realize that I couldn't shop before 10am since I wasn't a plus member... my bad. I was approached and rudely confronted by an associate telling me that I wasn't allowed to be in the store. I made a mistake, but to approach me in such a manner is horrible customer service. I spend over $5000 a month in this store! This isn't the first time I've had an issue. I'm contemplating closing my account. please train your people!

I'm tired of waiting in line all over again just to leave the store. Then, they rescan 4 of my 6 items. PLEASE stop having sales people try to sell me services when I walk in the door. I want to get my stuff and get out so I can take off my stupid mandatory face mask.
