I absolutely love this pharmacy. It's been my pharmacy for years and years. Bashar is amazing and always goes above and beyond for his customers. I don't see how anyone could leave a negative review for these guys. As a healthcare worker I trust these people to fill my prescriptions. I've always been advised about drug interactions and they are careful with dispensing medications.

They need a new manager, he’s not helpful or friendly. Been going downhill the past few years. Rite Aid will not be my pharmacy anymore, after 20 years. I prefer to shift my business to another company that seems to care about their community.

We love this pharmacy! If we could give it 10 stars in this Google review, we would! In addition to our prescriptions, we receive our flu shots, Covid vaccines, shingles shot, etc. from here. Bashar has been the principal pharmacist at this Rite Aid for years, and he is a world-class kind, caring, and smart gentleman. Bashar and his associate Zaid are both first-rate knowledgeable and experienced pharmacists. Paul, the store manager, is a gem, as is Cutrell, the pharmacy assistant. Rite Aid is lucky to have such a wonderful and professional staff!

Pharmacists said is absolutely the worst. Doesn’t even know what’s meds they even have. Had to go and get an old one and show him he was wrong. Never has half the prescriptions even there.

Worst pharmacy experience I have dealt with. Pharmacist on duty on 08/29/2022 is very unprofessional. He has a very nasty attitude with the customers. This has been the worse experience I have dealt with working in the medical field. In Addition to one of the customers having paperwork thrown at her.

Some Rite Aids have later pharmacy hours. I had to look up each one seperatly. The latest one for pharmacy hours is at Woodward and Square Lake. I always call first. To the best of my knowledge.

THIS ONE GUY WHO WORKS AT THE CHECK OUT, IN PARTICULAR, DOES TOO MUCH TALKING AND ASKS QUESTIONS TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!!! YOU MAY KNOW HIM. HE'S VERY TALL WITH LONG BROWN HAIR. IF YOU RUN INTO HIM, YOU'LL KNOW WHO I'M SPEAKING OF CAUSE HE WON'T STOP TALKING. HE'S NOSEY AND HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! EVERY TIME I SEE HIM, IT'S THE SAME THING!!!! IT'S SO BAD THAT I TALK TO MYSELF BEFORE I COME INTO THE STORE, HOPING THAT HE'S NOT THERE!!! PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT HIM!!!!! I went in to the pharmacy because I wasn't able to schedule an appt on line to get my booster. The first pharmacist I spoke with explained they couldn't set up an appt for me but they would be happy to administer my Booster as a Walk-in. I filled out a few short papers, then In less than 5 minutes I was called in and received my Booster! Everyone there was friendly, accommodating. Rite Aid will become my new local drug store!!
