I visited this store, and I just bought a pair of Red Wing boots, care kit, and insoles. The gentleman helping me scanned my feet, analyzed pressure points, and helped me find the right boots.
Regardless of the boots (I haven't tried them yet) my experience here was great.

I recently visited the this location, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping me find the right style and fit. I was oringially interested in a new pair of style 604's which I've owned a pair for nearly a decade before. But I was also interested in the style 3504's for the additional safety features. They took the time to understand my needs, asking about my work environment, activities, and preferences. Armed with this information, they expertly guided me through their extensive selection, pointing out features and benefits tailored to my needs. I ended up going with a style 2414 and I'm incredibly pleased with my decision. The slightly higher cut provides me with greater ankle support and protection.Steve meticulously assessed my feet, considering factors like arch support, width and toe room. His attention to detail was remarkable, and it resulted in a pair of boots that felt like they were custom-made for me.His assistance didn't stop there. He also provided valuable insights into boot care and maintenance, ensuring that my investment would last for years to come. It's evident that they take pride in their products and want their customers to get the most out of them.Overall, my experience at this store was exceptional. The staff's expertise, personalized service, and genuine dedication to finding the perfect fit left me thoroughly impressed. If you're in the market for quality boots and outstanding customer service, look no further. This store has earned my highest recommendation.

I ordered some shoes from this store on Wednesday, Feb. 28. They needed to order in my size and said it would take about a week, so yesterday (Wed, Mar. 6) I called them and the manager, Steve, answered and said it was still in process, meaning it hadn't left the distribution center. He told me he would look into it and then called me back twice; once saying he was driving to the Saginaw branch (a 150 mile round trip!!!) to pick up my shoes; the second to let me know he had retrieved them.I wanted to thank the team at the Baldwin Rd. shop, especially Steve, for their incredible service.

Just bought a pair of the traction tread boots. These are my third pair of red wing boots. Steve was super helpful, scanning my feet for the fit profile, suggesting a different insole with my boots. I was very pleased with the service and the boots purchased.
