Hallway and room carpet outdated and filthy, entire hotel smells of marijuana, entered the room and it smelled like feet and Fritos. Shower was disgustingly dirty, plaster peeling, dust and dirt from previous users was obvious maids are NOT cleaning!!! We complained to the front desk of the filth issues, we were showed 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS!! and ALL 3!! were filthy as well. We will be checking out first thing in the morning and finding a new place even if it means spending more than our budget. Do not stay here waste your money elsewhere.

My room was very well put together and clean I only have a few recommendations I would love to have a smart TV so that I can watch my prime and streaming apps also the carpets in halls and rooms needs cleaned they r stained and dingy due to all the workers that stay here and track mud in on there boots and putting a microwave in rooms. The breakfast is good but everyday it's the same thing I would love to see biscuitsand gravy bacon and cheese omelets or scrambled eggs.Noteworthy details: There's two housekeepers that work here that do an amazing job here and will always go above and beyond at there jobs and always very polite and do there job with a smile thank u ladies for all u do to make travelers feel welcome and at home keep up the great work Mandy and Leilani ?

It is a good location rooms are ok but front desk service not to friendly and some they are racist they are very nice only with their own people .(India). also the housekeepers terrible some are in a bad mood and they are ony friendly with their boses ..checkout supposed to be at 11 and they start doing the housekeeping before 10 .also the breakfast is from 6 to 9 am and if you step in to the kitchen after 9 they get mad at you . Owners need to come and check the way this place is been managed from some unfriendly and racist people.

Stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Room was clean. TV was a little small and dark with no way to turn up the brightness.We had a problem with shower where it was making a loud noise. We called the front desk and the maintenance staff showed up and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Pretty impressive.Great service at this hotel. Front desk staff was friendly.

We have been Choice Rewards members for over 20 years. This is the first time the name 'Quality' was a misnomer.The first night we were in a room which was in total disrepair: broken lamp, shower curtain pulled down, curtain pulls yanked off, and more. After we complained, we were moved to another room. It was not nearly as bad, but still had issues.In both rooms the beds were very comfortable.Safety: The security doors on each end of the building were broken. One of the doors did close and the other did not. Security at this motel is sketchy.

The water pressure for the shower was very weak. The stress of "is the toilet going to flush?" The desk staff couldn't be bothered to answer our questions. It would be different if he was helping another customer but he was on his personal phone.Nearby activities: Close to the highway

This place is ran down! When you show up to check in, they don’t just put your CCX on file, they charge it 100.00 and then it’s a 5-7 day refund. The place smelt like fish, the room amenities were broken, and/or worn out! Missing towel rack, deck chair beaten up and falling apart, mold on the shower, walls, lights damaged. Not to mention the discourteous guests, people yelling at 2am, every door that closes shakes your entire room! Go elsewhere trust me!

The front desk was sloggish even though it was only I at the time. They took $100 as collateral inmeditaly and said it would take up to a week to have my money returned. The whole place attacked the nostrils reeking from fish to other smells I dont want to imagine the source of. The rooms were shabby with chairs that look like they been their for almost a decade from the decay. The pillows were basically non existent where I found lying flat on the bed more comfortable. The bathroom was awful. Not only was the sink not even in the bathroom but above the shower the walls were staind red and peeling away. At all cost avoid the sorry excuse for a hotel your better off sleeping in your car.Rooms: Decaying, horribly layed out, dirty and unkeptNoteworthy details: Mystery scents that infest this entire place. The most old and over used furniture that requires replacement for sanitary reasons.

Place definitely needs a remodel. We had 4 rooms and they were all smelly with worn down bath tubs and paint chipping. It gets the job done at the right price but not particularly clean or nice anymore.

Bedsheets had black stain on one bed. Told the front desk and was informed yhat they didn't have housekeeping at that time, but never replaced. Bathroom was not very clean. wallpaper was coming room.

My one-night stay here was disgusting. Rooms are in awful condition. Breakfast was virtually inedible. The hotel management and its parent corporation need to do more than respond to reviews by claiming they’ll do better and to please visit again soon. They should actually invest the money needed to restore this hotel. As you can see in the final photo, the office chair in the room I stayed is fit for a dumpster—not a hotel.

Affordable hotel. Decor is dark and dated. Comfortable beds. We stayed for two nights and were disappointed that housekeeping did not come in to make beds, empty trash bin or replenish the used disposable cups.

When we arrived to our room after a late check in, our rooms door was wide open and being held like that by a dirty rag, the hallways also smelled of marijuana. Our sheets had blood and other stains, overall my daughter and I felt unsafe and uncomfortable and ended up leaving with no refund. Overall we would not recommend this hotel unless desperate.

What I didn't like -The price ended up being more than I thought it was going to be. It looked like it was a very nice hotel at one time but now a little dated. The carpeting on the stairs was worn and there were a few stains on the comforter. There was a smell throughout the whole hotel but it was stronger in the room. The beds were very high. The shower curtain didn't cover the whole tub so water got on the floor. The eggs in the hot breakfast were rubbery and they made you leave the dining area right at 10 a.m. even if you were still eating. It was right next to a run down motel. What I liked- For the most part it was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I like how the bathroom was split. There was a separate door for the toilet and shower so you could still use the sink and mirror if someone was in the shower. It was a two story hotel with a nice spiral staircase in the middle of the lobby. A nice lobby with plenty of seating and a TV. They have a nice dining area with a free hot breakfast. The sausage, home fries and waffles and other items were good. They have an outdoor pool and right next to a McDonald's which was nice for my daughter.

The price per night was within reason. However, upon checking I immediately notice the lobby was dirty, stuffy and hot. The corridor leading to the room was also hot and did not smell good.The first room we checked into smelled of smoke; it's a non-smoking hotel. We changed rooms no problem. The new room was dirty the shower was moldy, the bed linens were stained, the blankets were stained and had holes in them. The mattress was comfortable though. Maid service was spotty at best it was 4 days until any service was performed. OK for a night but if you have other options, they would be worth exploring.
