Had a hard time returning a jacket. My toddler took the tag off and manager didn’t accept the return, claimed it was worn that’s why tag was off. For the high prices paid at this place, I’d expected a more flexible return policy. Unbelievable!

A nice Raph Lauren store. Great layout and great selection. Ralph Lauren is nice stuff but entirely too expensive. If you can get it clearance it's absolutely worth it.
