I was a butthead and showed up ten minutes before closing time. They still took perfect care of me. Phillip is an excellent first impression for the company, as he is personable and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Darius felt like an old friend in a matter of minutes. And they manage to do all this while working extremely efficiently! I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever, but they got to work immediately and got me out of there super fast.
This was my first time at Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe, but it will not be my last. Thank you, Phillip and Darius! I’ve found my new oil change spot.”

But I was scolded for even considering going somewhere near me because of how highly this place, and Matt specifically, were recommended. This team is efficient, friendly, super honest. I stayed while my car was getting new tires and heard several customers telling staff how much they were able to save by going here, and how much better the customer service was. And they seem to personally know most folks who walk in the door. Great place. Will definitely be back”

“The owner is by far my fav person to ever work on my car hes taught me so much about how to keep my car running check fluids ... hes very affordable probably one of the most honest oil change guys ever plus hes nice funny and affordable... $26 out the door with oil change tax and what no hidden agenda my car has over a quarter of a million miles lol and I wouldn't care if it was brand new or 30 yrs old he came highly recommended from the car dealer ...Update 1 year later still trueand I trust him to inspect my car and not try to sell me things I don't need the owner is one of the most honest people around and I'm honestly shocked more people don't line up from open to close...I'm making my 3rd road trip to Florida in my car this week and my cars honestly the best car with almost 300k miles he's deff worth the drive and money well spent”
“The Dealership has plenty of vehicles on the lot and all at MSRP or below. Their services department is quick, precise, and honest. My vechicale ended up in the body shop for some repairs and all I can WOW. I got my car back in absolutely MINT condition. It honestly, looked better than the day I bought it.
It’s very hard To find a dealership that has a great sales team, Service department, And body shop department.

“I tried this place out in Waterford because I needed an oil change. They did a great job. The 2 mechanics were friendly and didn't push every add on. I had 2 brake lights out and they figured out it that I had a bad fuse. They replaced the fuse for $10 instead of getting whole new light bulbs. It ended being $92 but my car takes premium oil and got a new fuse. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Oil change”

William, on his own time, came out to try and diagnose the problem as best he could. We weren't able to figure out the issue but he recommended a good place for me to go. “I had a car issue going to a appt, and stoped at RJS Quick Lube to get an oil change and see if they could figure out what was wrong. Jason and his partner quickly hooked me up to a diagnosis machine, turned out I needed spark plugs, coils and cylinder plus fuel injector! I had them replace everything and they even drove me to a close restaurant so I didn’t have to wait at the shop! AWESOME Service!!’”

“Brought my car here for a fuel pump issue. Dave checked it over and found that it was an electrical issue to the fuel pump. Fixed and good. Then another part of the electricals to the fuel pump failed and he fixed that part for free. He guarantees his repairs on the parts that he fixes. Good service.”

“Updating to good because they finally called me back to explain they were hit by two (2) recalls at the same time and they were absolutely swamped, and apologized that the automated service notification did not work as intended (they had set me up with a service appointment but I didn't get a text or email. I did verify there were two (2) recalls back to back and they seemed sincere. Hoping they can get things straightened out out technology wise and staff up.”

“They are fast but not cheap. I am not sure if they actually check everything they claim to check, but if you just want a fast oil change it was one of the fastest I've ever had.”
