Stopped by today when I was at great lakes. Yes I get that it gets busy but no greetings or anything. Okay sure fine, but I was standing next to the Hugo Boss selection and was waiting for quite some time. Out of the three employees, one that was wearing the holiday sweater and the other two employees being two ladies, no one came up to me or asked me anything. I wanted to see few Hugo Boss watches and you know what's crazy ? I came here so many times before and I bought quite a few watches. Always had a good experience. So I walked out and did some shopping and came back to see maybe because they were busy I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Same thing happened, until I went up to one of the ladies this time and requested that I wanted to see some watches, she said "I'm with someone right now but soon as I'm finished with them I'll be right with you" I was like sure no problem. There were was a couple that was next to the Hugo boss selection and they were there after me, funny thing is the other lady came around and was helping them, didn't even acknowledge me or ask. My friend that was with me said "weren't you here before them? Why are they ignoring you" I told him I'm not sure but I feel a bit disrespected. So there was another guy that had walked in, I think his name was Ed or something like that, nice gentleman, I had told him what happened and I told him I feel a bit disrespected like I'm a ghost or something, I wanted to check out some watches but seems like the employees are ignoring me. So at the time it was him, the guy with the holiday sweater, and two ladies there were there on the floor.I don't care what any of them have to say, there is no way to justify that kind of behavior. Ed told me he just walked in, so not his fault, he ended up helping me but the other 3 employees ? Really? Is this how your company handles customer service? By being disrespectful without even acknowledging that there is a customer waiting for assistance and even after telling them ? Seems like Movado needs to do some store training. It's not like I wasn't going to buy any watches, I was interested in two Hugo boss watches, but because of how I was treated I did not buy anything. I think I will be taking my business somewhere else. I would avoid this place now. It's not the same anymore.

Terrible customer service makes shopping here a nightmare. I visited the store to purchase a Christmas gift. There was two employees helping a couple. Other than that the store was empty. I stood there looking at watches and was not greeted at all. Then I walked closer to the man (Jason) and told him I wanted to look at some watches. At this time two other couples walked into the store. He deliberately ignored me! Then one of the couples who had just entered the store walked over to him and he helped them. I was upset but I said to myself I’ll just wait. Due to the prices which were affordable for what seemed to be nice watches. Then another employee came from the back (Kelly). Walked over like she was coming to help then turned around and greeted the other couple. I told her, first I was here before them, I’ve been waiting and I told her how Jason ignored me. She first tried to ignore what I was telling her. Then I told her again. “I was here before the people you’re helping.” She said, “okay I’ll help you, what do you need?” Before I can open my mouth she turns back around, starts pulling out watches and helping the couple. I asked her, “are you serious, are you the manager, and what are your names?” I’ll be sure to call the district manager. Ridiculous!

I bought an expensive watch here and had a problem with it within 3 months. Came here and was told that they dont have anything to do with it and I should contact the factory. Very unhelpful people with absolutely terrible customer service. Not worth the money. Would rather buy online.
If youre looking for the advantages of buying at an official showroom then this is not the right place.
Stay away! Horrendous experience!

I personally love this store and love Movado watches. I've always been treated very well here. They have really good sales and deals. High end watches are still pricy with deals and sales considered, but worth every penny IMHO.

Nothing like coming in excited to purchase a new watch at a great price before a business trip,only to be pressed about what my budget is in hopes to save the employee some time. After I asked for 3 prices, I was then lectured about my budget, received a bunch of smart unnecessary comments, even after mentioning the price wasn't of any concern to me, that it was only about the style and fit,at which point I left the store.I've inquired about jewelry before, and never have I been so uncomfortable before even spending my money. I believe she was a manager too.
