I placed an order with Mike for a set of Infiniti Q50 wheels to be finished in PVD bright chrome coating. After 4 months I did not receive the wheels, but Mike kept in contact with me the whole time and advised me that they were having trouble completing the job. I didnt ask for a refund because I was hoping I would eventually get the wheels. After 4 months I gave up and asked for a full refund, which Mike processed promptly. Even though it didn't work out this time, Im giving them 5 stars for the communication and honesty. I understand that unforseen issues happen, and things dont always go how we want them to. I will definitely give this business another try in the future.

Where I came from they do not have roads. Mike however had the wheels I needed when I teleported back to 2023 and needed some 22” OE wheels for my Cadillac. Lions btw win the Super Bowl in 2027.

Megan was knowledgeable and very efficient. Got the wheels for my GMC 2500 in three days after the order. They look new and ride great! Many thanks to Midwest wheels. We will be doing business again.

I ordered 2 wheels for my 2013 Challenger SRT that has the Black Chrome Vapor wheels. Megan at Midwest Wheel and Tire let me know upfront that since only 2 wheels were ordered there may be a slight difference in finish. We agreed that putting them on the same side would be OK. The wheels came in and the match was perfect. Great service and customer service from Megan. Will order again if I ever need wheels.

Complete lack of communication. I had to call a week after I placed my order to see if it had shipped, it hadn't. Then they were only able to fill half of my order, but never bothered to contact me. If communication and customer service are important to you shop elsewhere.

I took my 2016 Lincoln to a big tire store to fix a slow leak. They informed me that my tire was fine, but my rim was cracked! Michigan pot holes ?.Their solution was a refurbished rim for $650, ($822 for new) and a three day wait. (They also tried to sell me four new aftermarket rims for $1200).Midwestern Wheel and Tire had a refurbished rim in stock, and installed it in less than an hour ?. $449 and done! Thank you Megan and Crew!

I had a great experience with Midwest Wheel and Tire. Stopped in thinking I was going to need a new rim on my car and **** notified me that I didn't need a new rim that i could just have it straightened which they do right in house. I appreciate his honesty and saving me money. I will definitely be back.

My inquiry was somewhat complicated but Megan handled it with grace and was amazingly helpful! I needed a replacement wheel and she went through a number of options to accommodate my situation and answered a few extra questions about supplemental services I had and the prices were quite reasonable.

Placed an online order on Monday (2/13). Called on Tuesday to confirm and get ETA on shipping. Megan told me she would check on it and send me an email with the info. Thursday rolls around, no email. I called again to check and was told Megan would call me right back. The call never came. Friday I get an email saying they don't have the rim in stock, I can get refunded or wait. I call to find out why it took a week for them to inform me and a "WTF" slips out. Megan hangs up on me. I respond to the email I want my money back and I want to be notified "today" they are acting on it. Megan responds to my email that I'm a "hateful human" and signs off with a "Happy Friday :)". Avoid this place and give your business to people who actually care about their customers.

Purchased a "new" OEM smoked wheel for my civic to replace a damaged wheel... Turns out it was repaired and repainted wheel that does not match the factory smoke tint. It is a much lighter color. When I received the wheel I checked the part numbers and they were all correct to a new OEM wheel, I only noticed Midwest Wheel & Tire's error after having a local tire shop install a new tire on it. When I asked them how they would fix their mistake I was offered 40 bucks... It costs over 100 dollars to repaint this wheel to make it match the factory look and I still have a "repaired" wheel. Very disappointing that there are companies like this out there. Will not do business with them again.
