If I was able to do a ten satr I would. I never buy car parts online. But this by far best decision ever. I called to male sure that they received my order. Both the lady whom answered the phone and the lady in sales, Megan I think is the name, we're delightful. I explained everything and asked if I did purchase the right size and color. They were great. Had my rim shipped in a week. I will be ordering another for a full size spare. Thanks Midwest Tire. Ypu guys saved me hundreds and product was spot on.

I’d give a 5 Star for quick order fulfillment, customer care, and courtesy but only a 1 Star for their products. After nearly a month and three wheels later, I was still without the correct wheel for my wife’s car. I was assured that the problem was identified and the third wheel would be right. It came and it was exactly the same as the first two. So, I took the wheel to the maxhine shop to get the center bore corrected because it was obvious to me that this outfit did not have the correct wheel. All in all I have incurred an additional $360 dollars for a $400 dollar wheel. I seriously doubt I’d order another wheel from them.

Buyers beware of Mike. Charged credit card and never shipped product. Now he hasn’t credited card in several days after telling me he would. This guy really thinks he’s going to keep 479.00
Card company has been notified.
Mike doesn’t do what he says he’s going do.

Very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Got 2 rims straightened, all 4 wheels refinished, and 4 new tires. Service was quick, communication was great, and prices were very reasonable. Mike and Megan were both very knowledgeable. I plan on coming back the next time I’m in the market. Thanks!!

Ordered a wheel by specific model and year. Was shipped the wrong size. I called to get it straightened out and was told by Megan that we ordered the wrong wheel. Tried to discuss my point and was hung up on. Nasty people!

-wheels came with very minor scrapes from shipping which was NOT Midwest wheel and tire’s fault, Mike offered to reship any that had blemishes during shipping. But it was soo minor that I can’t complain! If your gonna give your business to anyone, this is the place!!!

Megan at Midwest Wheel & Tire is wonderful
Called looking for one wheel for our 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE that need to be replaced. Megan took the order explained when it would arrive that it would be refinished to match OEM. The wheel arrived on the day promised well packaged perfect match AWESOME !!!

What a relief is all I can say! My mom went through the misery and stress of locating replacement wheel inserts for her 2015 Cadillac, only to be disappointed. For over a week, we couldn't locate them and when we finally did (3weeks later), they range from $80 each to over $900 for the set+tire (dealer installed).
Customer service. Low and behold, Google to the rescue and we came across Midwest Wheels &Tire. She immediately called, left a message and Michael called her back. He quoted her a price, which seamed to good to be true but we trusted the process. Michael was extremely competent, friendly and addressed all questions during our call. He assured us we were ordering the correct item and even fulfilled a last minute order for one additional insert.
Fast and reliable delivery. Our order was placed on Monday and arrived Wednesday before noon. Carefully packaged, wrapped and arrived clean and intact.
Thank you for your honesty, professionalism and fast delivery. My mom is completely satisfied with her order and can't wait to get them installed. Many blessings to you and the staff!

I wish we had found this place before wasting our time with another place in Farmingdale, NY!
This is the place you want to buy your rims from!!! Megan answered the phone when we called and was awesome! She's super efficient and got our rims sent out a few hours after paying for them. They were delivered three days later! The rims themselves are beautiful!!! They are replacements for my 19 year old oxidized rims. Thank you so much!

Purchased a rim and tire combo for $324. The picture had a RIM AND TIRE. It arrives with no tire. Pictures were completely misleading. Rip off!
