“I absolutely adore my new shades. It's awesome how they have a little notch on the side for me to grab, and I appreciate that people can't gaze into my eyes with the mirrored lenses. And the grippy nose rests below the bridge are wonderful, so I can pop them on top of my head quickly or rest them on my chin and it doesn't rip my hair out. Haven't had a chance to wear my custom pair for work yet, but I'm really hoping to do so soon. And I'm looking forward to getting other ones for more applications like cycling and volleyball and other activities. They're super aesthetically pleasing. Also hilarious to me that Henry Ford Optimeyes tried to charge me more for Oakleys in-store that I couldn't even walk out with that day and they would've been more expensive at the optometrist. Also way fewer options. The store was great inside GLC Auburn Hills and the two agents who assisted me were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thanks, Ro & Jade! You ladies rule!”

I called ahead and asked about a certain suit style I was interested in, and they set aside a handful of options for me to try on. “Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!”

This location is always clean, is organized unless it's busy, and they always seem well-staffed to handle lines, clothing sizing checks from backroom-stock, and letting people into the dressing rooms. “This is a fun store. My child really wanted to get some sweaters and found many cute ones on sale. They have so many fun character driven fashion and inexpensive trendy clothes and accessories. They individuals working here were extremely friendly and very attentive. This is a great place to shop for the holiday, they had basically everything on sale in the entire store, like buy one get one half off.”
“I had no plans to visit this store but my wife and daughters were shopping at some other stores that had no men’s clothes so I stopped in here while they were shopping. They had 40% off of most items. I found some great deals that were $4 more than if I bought some no brand item from TJ Maxx. Staff were friendly and nice, and I’ll definitely be stopping in more often.”
