Shopped there recently and the staff closed the dressing rooms more than an hour before the store was closing. The 35min I spent shopping was a total waste. I had to put all my items back. When I asked a male staff member if any other dressing rooms were available, I was met with very rude, one word yes and no answers. No explanation was provided at all. Just an attitude - it was as if any customers presence was a pure inconvenience.

LOVE this store & store Manager Carrington. She was able to help my daughter find clothes that actually fits her & looks good which is tough when you’re short!The store is organized & no one is standing around talking! This manager is MUCH younger than what I believed but she can run a store! Thank you for helping all of us out that day Carrington, we’ll be back this week!Congrats H&M you have the best run store in Great Lakes Crossing thanks to your manager!

The staff seems very friendly, the store is fairly clean, but the times I've gone in, maybe were after rushes? My kids usually find some great pieces for a good price.

I've never been treated so disrespectfully by staff in my entire life. I will never step foot in this H&M and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to not shop there as well. People deserve to be spoken to as human beings, so to the dressing room dude who told me I can't buy something from that store and told me to "laugh about it" ha. I hope you laugh at this review, realize you cost your company money, and I hope you lose your job. "Laugh about that"!

It's a shame you can't leave 0 star reviews. I just tried to return a damaged pair of boots that I bought a week ago. The clerk rolled her eyes and the manager didn't even look at the shoes before saying no.Never thought I would Karen a store in my life but I guess there's a first time for everything. Not really wondering why all the H&Ms around me are going out of business anymore, though.Shout out to the several customer service reps that definitely didn't help me in every language other than English.Sincerely, The guy H&M robbed out of $50

I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. I suggest hiring a new crew for the Great Lakes location. I understand the worker shortage but you won’t need any workers with the ones you have now. You won’t have any customers left. I also witnessed other customers being treated poorly. It’s a shame
