Great customer service. If you are looking for plumbing parts u can't find at Home Depot, Lowe's, or Menards. U will definitely find it at Harding supply.

I have to start by saying, out of all the plumbing supplies I've ever dealt with these guys are the best. These guys are great to work with. My wife wanted me to remodel the upstairs bathroom. I wanted to surprise her and install a urinal. OK OK the urinal is for me, but it was a big surprise for her. lol I want to especially thanks Steve, for going over and above helping me with the part of the urinal. Great staff and customer service. Walked in trying to find a part that the big box stores didn't carry and within a minute or two I had the part. Wasn't sure walking out of HomeDepot if I was going to be able to get the part. Hartsig came through big time. Thanks

Bad experience here today. Employee that was working seemed like he didn’t want to be there or make a sale. My husband went in there looking for materials for a project he has going. Was asking questions/advice and the person semi helping him seemed annoyed and non responsive. For a family business I would hope you would treat customers better and be more resourceful. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have any questions-you will be ignored and you’re better off at another plumbing store. Don’t waste your time.

It looked like there were a lot of professional plumbers there. They had many cool and interesting things. I was specifically looking for some pvc and cpvc fittings, that I couldn't find at home depot, and the person working in plumbing recommended trying Hartsig. Hartsig didn't have what I needed either, but the person I talked to was courteous and professional. The business was clean and neat. I will try them again when I need something they're more likely to have. If that works out I feel they're definitely worth 5 stars.

Hartsig is THE place to go when you need to find that hard to find plumbing part. They have thousAnds of parts and supplies for just about anything related to plumbing. They have never let me down.
