The firepit arrived twice the size I ordered and when I called that same salesman back he never returned my calls. I was so frustrated and ready to give up on this Company and decided to make one more call. “Delivery drivers! If you have 8 am appointments they open at 5am only shipping opens at 8am. Great guy unloaded me and talked to me about the hours. Slept in the parking lot over night. Shell gas station right next door.”
