Absolutely love this place, especially when they have their sales! Me and my boyfriend always go in and everyone is always so nice! Today we had gone in and were helped by tish and a fellow employee and they went above beyond! I found some boots I absolutely loved and at first we all thought they were out of the size but Tish kept looking in the back and found a 8½. I'm usually a nine but she told me the boots run big and they fit perfect. I was so happy!We were actually in the checkout line when a fellow customer service rep stopped us and told us that she had found some in the back and had told him over the radio! We were about to leave and I am so happy that they found a 8½!Thank you so much again Tish and the guest factory team! Always going above and beyond. Definitely will continue to be back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit that lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours, they came by and asked us a couple times if we needed any assistance. Cashier was smiling too.

good selection. watch for sales and clearance for the best deals as their prices are a little higher due to branding.

This was my first time at this location and I probably won’t ever come back due to one of the workers (A white lady with the braided pony tail and glasses) kept looking at me and my cousins. She didn’t think I noticed but I did and I don’t appreciate it. It’s called racial profiling and you need to do better! Next time I will keep my BLACK DOLLAR and spend elsewhere!
