Today's lack of common sense-based customer service was shocking. I offered to buy a 99% dead potted patio flower for $5 max. The regular price was $16.99 (their prices are high anyway). The manager on Sunday, June 2nd (roughly 3pm) told me that she could only give me half off because pricing is a "corporate thing and out of her control."
I really wish I'd taken a photo! The thing was practically dead, and I was simply going to try and nurse it back to some semblance of life at home.
I can't get over it! Only half off for a dead plant?!? Make it make reasonable sense, please. BTW, shame on you guys for killing the poor thing; and leaving it out on display for purchase without a drastic price cut. Disrespectful to your customers! Also--- empower your managers to do better; and teach them softer, smiling customer-centric language. I'm also a long-standing regular customer!

They don't respect the price the mark their stuff. I was going to pick up some oil that was marked for $5.99 and they where tried to change me 71 dollars for it lol

It is convenient for me to use their xerox machine. Usually not too busy and can get in and out quickly. They have good variety of products. Would like the prices to be more competitive.
