If i could rate this place a 0 i would. NEVER go here unless you want POOR service especially if a short woman with glasses is working “take your business elsewhere “ like she herself instructed . Poorest example of a GameStop employee ,would rather shop elsewhere rather than ever walk back into a GameStop again .Especially after this experience in all of my years being a powerrewards member.

DO NOT BUY anything online from GameStop & use the delivery service. They use a 3rd party delivery “Walmart GoLocal” & must hire all types of shady trash. The email said order delivered, so i go outside & Check. I look on porch, around the side of house, the back by garage & NO package. I rewind my cameras, i have 7 camera on the outside of my house. I see this car, pull up to mailbox, reverse a bit to end of driveway & take off. I call customer service because the store number is disconnected, reach a woman from another country, she tells me that the picture was taken from the street & inside of the car. She said this picture of delivery is not acceptable. The moron didn’t even roll down the window to take a clear pic. So i dispute the delivery & after waiting 7days for escalation investigation, they send an email saying that the package was delivered. Which it clearly wasn’t. I have 4 different angles the delivery car driving past the house. I have disputed it with AmEx. Such a terrible experience. Never again.

Went on Jan 1 to warranty a controller. When we got home it didn’t work. We called the store and said we were on our way back for replacement. Upon arrival the only employee was out to lunch for 1.5 hours. The phone number for the store is unlisted, we had to call the mall itself for a working number. Very unprofessional, wasting our time and disrespecting customers. Not to mention being given a defective onto that was supposed to be brand new, but was clearly refurbished. Do not do business with this store.

Super busy! Great customer service! Employees working were very willing and helpful to all customers! Assistant manager Sam was super nice and helpful!

The guy working the front counter on 10/27/23 between 1 and 2 pm was amazing. the most helpful and friendly person I've encountered at gamestop. thank you for all of your help!

My daughter and I went here for part of her birthday. The cashier was really helpful. I'd give him 6/5. My only problem is the same problem that I have with most modern gaming stores, in that they feel like walking into a filing cabinet devoid of color and life. Bring back the Toys R Us aesthetic.

I bought a brand new switch and 3 games. It didn’t work. Took back next day at different location and told I have to go to original location. Called corporate. They said same. So I drove very far back to location to be told no. I called corporate. They said talk to store. Store says talk to corporate. Now I have a $500 unit and games that is useless. Furthermore, as the associate went through my items, he gave me an empty case for a game and took one of my games. Now I’m out a game and $ for everything. I’ll never shop at GameStop again and I’d strongly encourage nobody to if they want workable merchandise/games.

Poor customer attention. I said hello twice trying to get help, and the guy just kept looking at his phone. When I indeed asked for the product which I really intended to buy today, I was not treated well and I just decided to buy online for Amazon and wait for 2 days to arrive. Just close this physical location if you hire people who don't care about your business, a good website and Ads will pay for his salary and get better ROI. That's my only piece of advise

Terrible service, followed by the highest prices. You have no reason to visit this store. They will not even price match their own app. It is truly a waste of physical space and not worth your trip.
